I did a walk in and unfortunately Kenny and other staff was so busy (nice about it) and noted they were only staff there and could not accommodate which is understandable. I just moved from NY and wasn't used to everything being an appointment. He said place wasn't an expert in scissor cut and so declined my son's cut request because he didn't want to mess his hair up and it wasn't his thing. My son likes it on the longer, trendy side.
