The staff is extremely accommodating from the receptionist, to the barbers, to the shop dog. A quality drink is offered right away, my coat is hung up and everyone engages in conversation and knows my name. It doesn't feel like any other business where I'm just another client waiting, they make you feel important and of value. Competitive prices for what you're getting.
