2 asada, 2 pollo- 4 pollo tacos- chips- side of rice
Hil S.

absolutely incredible! Will definitely will be coming back. Even though these tacos are small... they are SO delicious and satisfying. We got pollo and asada and there was zero gristle or fat (not like many other places I've visited recently that use to be great) and the prices are good. Really nice ladies were working and the place you can sit there is cute, we took ours to go. My only suggestion would be that they cut their limes differently- You get a generous ¼ of a lime but the direction it's cut doesn't let the juice out easy. P.S. I will be dreaming about these tacos

I can't believe I just found this spot!! And why is it not more popular!?? Best tacos I've had in the area in years. The fish tacos were so delicious. I'm going to have to come back asap for more!!! The cabeza and tripas tacos were also soooooo good. The meat was cooked perfectly. The service was quick. They also have an area under a canopy to eat. Support this business. It's worth every penny!!!!! Easy to miss if you're not paying attention.

I stumbled on this place randomly having a craving for wonderful lunch. Don't miss it it is on a failed car mechanic, but if I'm honest some places in the mother land are mechanic shops by day and tacos at night. I tried 5 tacos. The Al pastor was cool, the carnitas smooth, the asada yummy, their chicken was amazing and the buche to die for!!!!! Wonderful tacos, wonderful service, i showed up early so not too many people. Don't sleep on this place it is amazing!!!!!

Great food truck! Delicious food, super fast and friendly service. Just hopefully you catch the truck when it's there! They have a seating area so you can sit and eat, or take it To Go. I've had the shrimp burrito here twice and it is so delicious, filled with plenty of plump shrimp. Burritos come with free chips.

This place is super good. Seriously, I'm hesitant to even write this review because I don't want to wait in a line, but they deserve to have business and I don't want them to close. Really nice staff. They're really patient. If you pay cash, it's a little cheaper FYI. Food: we had the fish, shrimp, and al pastor tacos. They were all delicious. The tortillas are soft and sweet. The food is perfectly seasoned and the salsas are so tasty. Ambience: really nice. There are covered outdoor tables to use and it's well lit at night. Parking on premises.

Watch out local taco trucks, there's a new kid on the block, and they're trying up the dial. While driving down San Pablo, I noticed the lot had been cleaned up and a new taco truck was set up with shaded seating. The young woman who assisted me was kind and the wait to get my food wasn't too long. I honestly can't wait to come back, they have 11+ different meats, tacos, burritos, quesabirria, ceviche, and menudo on the weekends. I had the cabeza and tripa tacos which were on point and the added side pepper, and onions were a plus. 5/5 will be back.

Birria and tripa taco.

It's nice to have a taco truck nearby that offers more choices in meats outside the standard pollo, carnitas and carne asada. I tried the birria and tripa which were both delicious.

The menu offers a good variety of Mexican inspired dishes, from tacos and birria ramen and burritos. Everything we tried had great flavor and was clearly made fresh. The sauces, seasoning and overall balance of the dishes were definitely the highlight of the meal. We ordered quite a few items including quesabirria, shrimp tacos, a burrito and birria ramen. The shrimp tacos were especially flavorful, topped with a creamy sauce that paired really well with the shrimp. The quesabirria tacos also had that nice crispy texture with the rich birria flavor that people look for. The restaurant itself is clean, organized and well set up, with outdoor seating available which is nice on a sunny day. It has a relaxed vibe where you can sit down with friends and enjoy your food without feeling rushed. The only thing I noticed across several of the dishes was that the portions of meat felt a little light compared to the tortilla or toppings. The flavor is absolutely there, but a slightly more generous portion of meat would make these dishes even better. Overall, solid spot with great flavor and a fun menu. With just a little more generosity on the protein portions, this place could easily be a standout taco spot.

The outdoor patio is great--dog-friendly, spacious, and equipped with heaters, which made it super comfortable even as the evening cooled down. The service was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed. Now... the beer selection. WOW. I couldn't believe how many taps they had! I was honestly overwhelmed by the options (in the best way), so I went with the choose-your-own beer flight and tried five different brews. Highly recommend if you're indecisive like me or just want to explore. Food-wise, they've got plenty of vegetarian and meat options, which makes it easy for anyone to find something they'll love. I had a quesabirria and a carne asada taco, and both were absolutely delicious. We also split the fresh guacamole and chips, which tasted super fresh. My wife had an empanada and a taco, and she loved hers as well. Overall, it was a great dinner--laid-back vibe, awesome food, amazing beer, and great service. I can't wait to come back and try even more tacos (and more beers!).

The drinks were good, came out fairly quick. The food took a little longer, but still within a decent time range. They were a little bit busy when I ordered too. The service was okay; I felt that either the staff was having a bad day or they didn't want to work. I felt rushed by the staff and I felt that there was some annoyance lingering. I tried to not let it ruin my experience though. The ceviche was good. Had many flavors and there was a lot of it, but they only gave 3 large chips to eat with it, so I requested more. It was also spicier than expected, so if you can't handle spicy, let them know before ordering. It was perfect for me though. The tacos were good. The fish was thoroughly cooked and melted in your mouth, and it wasn't overpowering with any of the flavors and the toppings were great as well. I had an okay experience here because of the vibes I felt from the staff. The restaurant is also on the pricier side, so keep that in mind too if you plan to try more entrees!

Recommended, will be back, and the food was great!…read more Sopes just might be my favorite Mexican dish, so I ordered the Sopes plate with carne asada, hot chocolate because it's been extremely chilly as of late, and a strawberry margarita. Hot and cold drinks together are the best of both worlds. It could be snowing outside and I'd still get a cold beverage. Love the clay mugs the hot chocolate came in. It kept hot while I focused on my marg. I thought I'd be able to body my plate because i was so hungry, but I ended up taking a sope home for leftovers, which was just as delicious the next day. Something really nice happened here. Apparently my margarita tasted too much like lime to who I assume is the owner, and he came by my table with another margarita on the house. That was thoughtful and something my friend and I really appreciated because who doesn't like a free drink? But seriously, it's the customer service behind serving something up to a standard that one feels confident in that really stood out. This looks like a popular spot. There were a couple people inside when I arrived, and several pick up orders. I love this area, or rather this small strip of restaurants and other stores along Solano Avenue.

This was recommended but I think it was a bit bland or at least lacking in verve despite choosing spicy salsa. I've definitely eaten much better.
