I always have a wonderful experience with the Sephora in Willowbrook mall and from now on I will be doing my business there instead of the one that is located in Kohl's in Wayne...

I love coming here because they have great prices and are always fully stocked. The staff is always respectful and there are no language barriers. No steps: Wheelchair accessible I was able to communicate effectively with the staff with no ASL translator needed! The parking lot can be a little difficult to maneuver through. I suggest parking at the distance my picture shows. Parking directly in the front spaces is hard to get out of at time because the hair store is located right next to a laundromat.

Even though I only came for one thing I simply told her no thank you, but it was the thought that counts. This place has several variety of things I sometimes spend a whole 30 minutes in this place because they have so much stuff to choose from. The customer service is amazing everything is shelved neatly and no messing like other beauty supply stores I've been to. They have jewelry, makeup, fragrances (even Victoria's secrets lotions and perfumes) perms, dyes anything you can think of they have it. The have many weaves to choose from Brazilian, yaki, remy, synthetic whatever you want and their wigs are nice as well. Very friendly staff. I brought hair and he said i could RETURN the hair if this was the wrong hair. I come back to return the hair and the cashier says you can get something else because we don't do refunds. So I question the owner about what he said and he blatantly lied and said "I told you exchange". I said you did not tell me any thing about an exchange. Then he proceeds to tell me in a loud voice WE DO NOT GIVE RETURNS! Now this store is in Irvington, NJ and you don't respect your customers enough to calm down when your talking to people who are buying your items. If this was the old me it could've went another way. Poor customer service, no respect for the customers and the ppl in this neighborhood clearly let you talk to them in this manner. But I'm dealing you here on yelp and in another way. I wont be coming in this establishment EVER!

Hi all I lived in union for over 15 years and this place…read moreis a disgrace! I bought items here yesterday and the receipt said NO REFUNDS EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS. I went in and the manager denied my exchange I had bought a lipstick that I wasn't too happy with the color and she said no. I asked her about the policy and she said that it doesn't apply. CLEARLY ITS WRITTEN. So I asked about different items around the store to see what was applicable to "her" policy. She could not give me an answer. I even pointed to a car charger she said no. I asked her again what is exchangeable if I were to buy?! AGAIN could not respond. JUDY THE MANAGER said if I bought a WIG I could return and exchange. I asked her what is the difference?! someone wore the wig and is able to return and I tried the lipstick and wasn't able to exchange for a different color?! Then her "helper" interrupted the conversation asking me what my problem was?! SO I WAS HEATED. BEWARE!! They repackage USED WIGS! DEF WILL NO LONGER BE SUPPORTING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Hey Yall! I went to…read morethis beauty supply store for the first time yesterday at the suggestion of my friend. I probably won't ever be returning. I entered the store, wig cap affixed to my head with full intentions of purchasing a wig that day. After not being offered any help by the "shop assistant" I made my to the wig area in the back of the store to assist myself. Because I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for, I found a wig quickly and proceeded to try it on (with the wig cap that I already had on my head). As soon as I put it on the "shop assistant started screaming at the top of her lungs about how I " needed a wig cap and couldn't touch the the $44 wig without permission..." I and the rest of the customers in the store could only look at her like she was crazy because... she had to be out of her mind. I still needed a wig so, even with all of her obnoxiousness and rudeness, I politely questioned her about other wigs in the store. She was completely unhelpful, short, and frankly aggressive. I gave her the wig back and left. I'm not spending money where I don't feel welcomed. If they didn't want to make money they should have let me know when I walked in. This place wasn't my first choice and it won't be my last.
