They have performed annual service on our garage door. We once had a problem with the doir sensors and the Owner came out personally on his way home that evening to fix the problem, so that we could close the door that evening.

Got an email Even the next morning, requesting pics of my garage door springs. I sent the pictures and waited...and waited...and waited. I finally phoned late in the afternoon, and was told, by an aggressive, arrogant person, that I could not get an appointment for a couple of weeks...unless I paid an extra emergency fee. She ignored my statements that I had an appointment. I filed a review with the better business bureau, and got a call from another lady from this Tedford Doors. She was even more long winded, arrogant and aggressive. I could not get a word in edgewise. I did get my door fixed by another garage door repair company in Langford. He was quick, efficient, and very well priced.

When looking for a siding company, we were slightly suspicious of the unanimous 5-star reviews, but…read morehaving now experienced the professionalism, expertise, and efficiency of Victoria Pro Siding, we're leaving our own 5-star review. Mike and his team - Vlad, Ivan, and Alex - deserve every high mark for their attention to detail, work ethic, and craftsmanship. We cannot recommend them enough. We hired Victoria Pro Siding to replace the cedar shingles on our 1912 house with Hardie shingle. Maintaining the historic look of the house was important to us and Mike was willing and able to make that happen, going to lengths that other siding companies were hesitant about. He was very communicative and carefully planned how his team would implement our requests. His team members, Vlad, Ivan, and Alex, were fast, efficient, friendly, and diligent workers; we were impressed with their dedication to the project. Mike continued to consult with us for the duration of the job - providing updates, asking for input on aesthetic decisions, and alerting us to any structural issues found as the original siding was removed (he was also very accommodating, and worked around required repairs). His price was very competitive, but the quality of the work far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Victoria Pro Siding based on our experience and interactions with Mike's whole team.

SIMPLY THE BEST Haro Construction has everything I have…read morealways wanted in a contractor. No job is too small or too large. They are fair, reasonable, honest, reliable and hardworking. The owner himself responds quickly to requests for estimates and thoroughly inspects the prospective job giving an accurate appraisal. The owner, Ben Postle, supervises and works on the projects himself. He is a perfectionist with an attention to detail and makes sure his employees are the same. He takes pride in his workmanship, a trait rarely seen, has great ideas and creative solutions for challenging issues. I was fully consulted throughout the process. I can continue using superlatives, but, honestly, I can't say enough good things about them. Ben dealt with suppliers making sure I got the best product at the lowest price. His aim was to save me money and he did that. He dealt with difficult suppliers that would have given me a big headache or worse. It was a pleasure to deal with Haro on all of my projects. I am confident that Haro Construction will provide the best quality for the most reasonable price. They are not satisfied unless you are completely satisfied with the results. Haro Construction will continue to be my go-to contractor for all of my construction needs.
