It's not the fanciest place I've seen, but the kindness, love and level of care mean that your loved one will be well taken care of. Our mom ended up in hospice, and eventually passed away in January, 2020. Throughout her suffering and our grief, the staff was kind, supportive and always helpful. They took most excellent care of her, both physically and emotionally. Thanks to all of you.

Why I even bothered after this point is beyond me! 1st appointment for an evaluation was fine. I thought maybe I had misjudged the place. 2nd appointment was unsatisfactory. The PT told me that they were terribly understaffed and she looked like she was ready to cry. After that visit, I decided to go to the trouble (and the new wait time) of getting a new referral for a different rehab place. So now, a month later, I get a bill for "services" totaling over $400. Services? For what? I would suggest you find a different PT office, if you are looking for help. Summit on 19th Ave, Silver Lake area may have been a great office 6 months ago but in my experience, it was a huge waste of time. I WILL be disputing this bill!!

Unlike Swedish, Providence rushes through the check in, triage... They barely listen to you and you're in the waiting room. When you get back into a room, you'll wait at least an hour or more before even seeing the doctor. I understand this isn't a walk in clinic, an urgent care or have appointments. And of course the more emergent patients are put first. The longest I've waiting here, in the waiting room was 6 1/2 hours. Now don't get me wrong, I don't want to be in and out. I don't want to have a half a$$ doctor, pump me full of meds and send me home. But it would be nice to feel heard. Seen. If it's not a 911 call emergency, go to Swedish Mill Creek or Edmonds.
