I'm a substitute and was filling in for someone today, so I had to be at work by 10:15. I called the office and spoke with Anthony, who was so helpful. They were able to squeeze me in, although they weren't sure how long it would take. I hurried down there, and Dr. Vu was able to fix my crown quickly and without any issues, and I still made it to work! My dental exam felt like I was at a car dealership -- sent around from person to person with…read morenonstop upselling and astronomical prices. Booked based on a $59 new-patient special, after being told over the phone that a deep cleaning (if needed) would run $1,300. I went to the dentist last year, so I didn't think I would be needing a deep cleaning and went ahead with appointment. During the exam, the hygienist was very heavy-handed, enough to really hurt, then immediately pushed a deep cleaning. When I said I couldn't afford it, she put her hands up and said "I don't talk money, I'm just telling you what I recommend"-- then told me another hygienist who "doesn't talk about money either" would be coming in. That hygienist never actually showed up; I suspect they could tell I was upset and backed off. The dentist confirmed I had zero cavities. I explained to him that I don't want to waste their time, or my time, and if they're going to sell me a deep cleaning, I simply cannot afford it. He said, let me see what our sales person can do The salesperson then appeared with a quote: $3,400 cash -- more than double what I'd been told on the phone -- or $1,450 if I purchased their recommended insurance plan. I told him no, I can't afford it, getting more noticeably upset He disappeared for 5-10 minutes and came back with the exact same total, just broken into different line items. By the time I walked out, I had told three different people four times I couldn't afford it, and there were no offers of other options that might be within my price range. Called my old dentist and got a quote of $600-$800 cash for a deep cleaning, but was advised they aren't sure I'm going to need it. They are farther but worth a drive to save over $1000. So, I would skip this place unless you enjoy sales pitches with your dental work.

Here's a list of highlights to make this easier to read: * -I walked in as a New patient without an appt (looking desperate).  * - I was treated like the most important patient they had! * - They juggled and took me in immediately! * - They completed the comprehensive fix. From first X-ray to final, beautiful temporary crown.  It's a long procedure and must have truly disrupted their schedule. But they were professional, thorough, and fun! * - This is a biggy:  I barely felt the novocaine needle shots!  Truly amazing. Usually getting novocaine shots for the two front teeth is almost unbearable for me.  * - Numbing was perfectly localized. I didn't leave with my entire face and tongue feeling dead * - And maybe best of all they gave me a bleaching system worth $300-$400 for free!   They wanted to be sure I'd be happy with the shade of my new crown (yes.
