I was leaving town, I called them 3 times, computers down, call later. When I finally got thru, They were too busy for me. I called my old dentist, he took me right back. The front desk people are simply rude. I've been there 3 times and she was abrupt with me, and said sorry, we can't accommodate before you go out of town . I hung up in tears.

I had phase 1 of 2 part phase to get an implant. They removed the decayed tooth. So far this has been a good experience. They did the procedure and I had clear instructions on what to do. They prepare me for the worse case scenario but my recovery has been great. First day very little pain and I could have just used regular Tylenol. 2nd day no pain just a little sore. This was a better experience than the last time I had an extraction from an oral surgeon in Huntington Beach a few years ago. It took a week for the pain to subside. Which was a more expensive place. My only complaint was sometimes it was hard for me to get a hold of the office for the appointment. But once your on the line it was all smooth.
