I highly recommend training with Emerge. I started training with Michele about a year ago when a friend asked me to join in on their sessions. Previous to training with her I had been inconsistently working out on my own for the better part of a decade, but have frequently lost my motivation due to minor injuries or boredom. What I LOVE about working out with Michele is that she keeps your workouts interesting and challenging. I like a lot of functional movement, so she makes sure to incorporate exercises requiring balance and more functional moves into my workout... but she also encourages me to lift heavy and do those exercises that build strength and shape my body. It's easy to keep my appointment with her as well, since she will come to train wherever is convenient for me. One year of pushing myself with Michele's workouts and I feel so much stronger and more confident in my body, also I have not had one injury. I've been training with Gabriel from Emerge since earlier this year and it's been a great experience. I had built a modified gym space in my garage during Covid but wasn't motivated on my own. Having Gabriel come to my place makes the accountability easy. He's motivating, positive, pushes but never too hard, and is always able to modify movements to make sure I don't injure myself or worsen any pre-existing conditions. I have never been someone that likes going to the gym to workout. Finding Michele has motivated me to workout. I don't have a lot of extra time after a long day at work.
