Waitress sat us at table and other waitress would be with us. Same waitress sat with customer who walked in 10.min later and took her order while we were not even approached by anyone after being seated. Another couple was seated and then requested to be moved to another section of the resturant due to being cold. We waited another another 15 min and decided to leave as no one had approached to even offen drinks. Seemed that the waitresses had some hostility towards eachother. I told her the menu clearly stated sandwiches were à la carte and didn't come with sides. She pointed to her electronic pad and said it was asking what side I wanted so it must come with it, so I ordered a side. Guess what? I was charged for my side.
