However I must say that the In-person visit was pretty straightforward. I opted for the first appointment time at 830am. Doors open at 8:30am, so no need to arrive that much earlier. Security also takes 2 minutes, so no need to allot too much time for that beforehand. Two forms of ID (they didn't ask for my actual social security card) and my said tax return. Pretty easy and I was out the door within 30 minutes. So overall, annoying that I had to go in person, but the actual appointment was pretty easy and efficient.

I'm a single mother and count on this money every year to help offset rent, daycare etc. I battled cancer last year and because of the chemotherapy treatments, was unable to work. So this refund was something I was really looking forward to. Everytime I have called and left a message, no one has gotten back to me. It has been 16 weeks since my original refund was filed. The IRS is saying they never even received the missing paperwork. I'm beyond livid. I'm now trying to fix this with no help from this ridiculous firm.
