They don't do a bad job necessarily and they don't have "uneducated" staff per se they all have a…read moregood idea of what needs to be done. The big issue is the wait times and the extremely high price. No one is gonna argue inflation isn't taking a bite out of everyone's pocket but they have a tiny office that can't cost that much to rent out and an already very small staff. Long wait times and scheduling times and competitors that do the job for 33% less make this place just not worth it. Go find somewhere else or use H&R block you'll get the same prices.

There was no communication until April 8th when my sister followed up on status. Their response was they had everything they needed. At tax deadline, my sister went to their office and they were closed until April 22nd. When she did make contact, they stated that they filed for an extension until October. Turns out, my mother owed money and we paid penalties. My sister expressed her dissatisfaction in a letter with no response. I would NOT recommend their services!!

We provided all documents by end of January and she did not complete until 5 days before required submission. Then there was an error. We submitted and were told by the IRS that we had overplayed. Her fees were also much higher than other CPAs.
