I am the executor of an estate and DeJoy had previously filed taxes for the decedent. I thought…read morehiring them to file final taxes for the estate would be logical and easy. I started the process on January 10, 2025 with follow up contact on February 19, March 7, March 17, March 19, March 22, March 29, April 3, April 6, April 14 (to file for an extension because my previous attempts were not sufficient to complete the filing), April 23, June 18, June 26, July 1. After finalizing the tax filing, the estate was charged over $1,100. The widow states that is almost double of what the decedent previously paid. This firm provides substandard service and I would not recommend hiring them. I am so disappointed with several employees at this firm and must urge anyone considering this firm for either their services or employment to run from this firm as fast as you can. It is a slipshod operation that does not value their customers.
