Unfortunately,…read moreI didn't have the required information in front of me so I had to schedule an in-person meeting. Super annoying. However I must say that the In-person visit was pretty straightforward. I opted for the first appointment time at 830am. Doors open at 8:30am, so no need to arrive that much earlier. Security also takes 2 minutes, so no need to allot too much time for that beforehand. Two forms of ID (they didn't ask for my actual social security card) and my said tax return. Pretty easy and I was out the door within 30 minutes. So overall, annoying that I had to go in person, but the actual appointment was pretty easy and efficient.

I started the process on January 10, 2025 with follow up contact on February 19, March 7, March 17, March 19, March 22, March 29, April 3, April 6, April 14 (to file for an extension because my previous attempts were not sufficient to complete the filing), April 23, June 18, June 26, July 1. After finalizing the tax filing, the estate was charged over $1,100. The widow states that is almost double of what the decedent previously paid. This firm provides substandard service and I would not recommend hiring them. I am so disappointed with several employees at this firm and must urge anyone considering this firm for either their services or employment to run from this firm as fast as you can. It is a slipshod operation that does not value their customers.
