It's fast and efficient, and even on the cheapest option ($10.00) my car always looks show-room ready in less than 3 minutes. Once I am through the automated car wash, I can then pull in to one of the numerous bays to vacuum and detail the interior. I have never had a problem with finding a parking space, and the overhead shade provided is great on those really hot North Carolina days. The vacuums always have plenty of suction to tackle the sand in my carpets from going to the beach, and the attendants always make sure that there is plenty of room in the garbage cans conveniently located throughout the parking lot. As I said at the beginning, I have gone to this car wash for years now and I have never had a single issue. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick yet thorough wash on their investment.

Peobably the worst car washed I have been too…read more We just got a basic package where they vacuum, wash the car and was it, then wipe down the inside. We waited over an hour and a half for them to finish. Once they finished they had missed wiping down alot and left obvious dirty spots and didnt even wipe stereo off which was left dusty. Then you are suppose to get a smell good for the car and they had never have us that either. Our experience here was very bad and I will not take my car here again for it was a waste of my money.

I didn't notice it until I came home. I returned to the Greenclean on the same day around 7pm to let the workers know. They were completely apologetic and told me they noticed about an hour after I left that it wasn't working. They kept apologizing as if it was their fault to the point I started feeling bad that I came through to complain lol. However, the two young guys sent me through the washer again and told me if it didn't work this time he would get some tire shine and apply it himself. Which he ended up doing because the roller got caked up and didn't distribute the tire shine properly. Long story short I think these two guys did a phenomenal job at trying to rectify the situation and customer service was world class to be so young. I appreciate their service.

I live nearby, so I just walked home while they took care of the interior (about 2 hrs). When I got back to Elite Express, my car was in the bay, with the shampoo dry already! I paid in cash and went on my way. There is also a waiting room with a tv if you choose to stay, or a picnic table in their bay if you prefer some fresh air. I went home to play with my dogs, but the seating was tempting! YOU GUYS. -Never have I ever been so happy with an interior detailing. EVERY SINGLE STRAND OF DOG HAIR WAS REMOVED FROM THE BACKSEAT. I have 2 hairy old hounds I take everywhere with me and that backseat never stood a chance (sand and hair no longer stuck in crevices and carpeting, nose marks removed from the doors and windows) -LADIES: you know those makeup marks on your visors left behind by your fingers when you check your makeup in the car?
