Here's what our feedback was to the establishment since they asked, and I decided to share here in case it's helpful to anyone thinking about going here: "The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected of a professional wellness or spa environment. The walk between buildings felt awkward and disjointed, and the areas where services were provided were visibly unclean. This immediately detracted from the sense of calm and comfort that clients typically seek when booking spa services. The sauna instructions were overly complicated and nonintuitive. Rather than supporting a seamless, stress-free experience, the setup required unnecessary effort and attention at a time when guests should be able to arrive, decompress, and enjoy the service. One of the facials was particularly concerning. The provider fell out of her chair during the session, left the room for approximately 15 minutes within the allotted service time, and complained openly about missing supplies that had not been ordered. Her presentation and behavior appeared impaired or otherwise not fully attentive, which was alarming in a setting where professionalism, focus, and client safety are expected. There were also sanitation concerns. Gloves were not worn during the sessions- in particular extractions & close facial work, which raised hygiene and safety questions. Given the nature of skincare treatments and direct contact with facial areas, adherence to clear sanitation protocols is critical. Both facials were performed below expected standards. Product application felt careless rather than intentional for both clients. Creams were applied in a manner that resulted in product entering the nostril area for both clients. In one instance, the technician had to awkwardly clean the inside of a nostril during the service, which was unexpected and uncomfortable (and something never experienced prior). In the other facial, cream entered the nostril and remained there throughout the session, creating concern about inhalation; the client ultimately had to clean it out herself after the session. This experience was distracting and far from relaxing. Additionally, massage and sculpting techniques reflected a noticeable lack of refinement and training, particularly for clients accustomed to higher-quality services. Overall, the experience lacked attentiveness, professionalism, cleanliness, and the level of care expected in a premium setting."

Worth every penny. I used to go to her every month. Now for the bad parts: This isn't like a massage office where there are receptionists to keep track of the appointments. Instead it's an office space where the therapists only show up when they have a previously scheduled appointment. That's why when you call you always get an answering machine and they call you back. Unfortunately that means that if your therapist forgets your appointment, you're stuck on your own in a cold concrete stairwell calling a line with no one on the other end after you carved out time in your schedule and arranged child care. I had hoped that someone would call to explain or apologize but no one ever did. I haven't been back since. If you don't have a busy schedule and fitting appointments in isn't a challenge or a hassle if they don't work out then this is definitely worth checking out. On the day of the service, my therapist, Laura arrived on time, was very professional and listened to my "kneads". I had a few kinks on my shoulder that she worked on. The prices are very competitive for this place, they are local which is a huge plus, and they don't try to up sell you with future packages.
