They came every week pretty much the same time every week without fail, no issues, great work, nice workers, no problems. *Had a few issues getting in touch with them recently to do some additional work this year. Customer service is huge to me, and so after a phone message I received from their Coordinator explaining and sincerely apologizing for the inability to connect for that period of time- that immediately quelled my frustration with the company. Our driveway grade was a problem: there was hardly any elevation change from our garage to the street, and different angles were involved. After careful elevation measurement, they recommended installation of a drywell. We decided against that because of cost. They assured us they'd take every step to make it the best it could be, but could not guarantee that some puddling might occur. We decided to hope for the best. The crew came out earlier than expected, and got right to work. Paving machine was used and during the job foremen were shooting levels to ensure the drive would drain to the street. Well, after light, moderate, and torrential rains, our driveway looks great and drains perfectly! Worlds apart from the previous company - no comparison. Also, Turf N Tology does not bother me to try and sell me more services, or pester me to collect a small payment every day if I have an open invoice. Only negative I can say, the first season, I signed up for mosquito control treatments as well. They use an organic formula that is safe for the environment. It did not work, the mosquitos were terrible that summer. I unfortunately had to switch to a company that uses pesticides that actually kill the mosquitos. Sorry about that, Barry. Mosquitos are vicious here in our backyard and if left untreated my daughter and I both get bit to death. Sometimes you need the 'bad' chemicals. One thing I also want to note about this company is that the day before I treatment, I get a personal friendly phone call from the owner - not a call center- the owner, letting me know I'm scheduled and making sure it's okay to come and do the service.
