Had them out to renovate our existing sprinkler system -- replaced and relocated several zones and updated the control unit. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. They were professional, punctual, and reasonably priced for the scope of work. What really stood out: after they left the gas company nicked one of our lines during unrelated work, and they came right back out and fixed it free of charge, no questions asked. That kind of follow-through is rare these days. Can't recommend them enough. read more

I'm not sure how this company has such stellar reviews. Their great rating was the reason I went with them in the first place. I went with them last year to lay irrigation down in my front yard with a whole new system with foundation plantings to be watered by drip irrigation. With the really hot summer of 2025, I called two times for them to come out because the foundation plants were not adequately watered with drip irrigation. The first time, Reynolds came really quickly. The second time, I was told that I could change the amount of water myself on the app and that the team had already come out once to service me and that they had changed out 3 leaks in the drip system for free! The issue is, drip irrigation put in place did not reach all the plants - even though I was told it would- so I could increase the amount of water as much as I want and all it would do it drown some plants while others stay dry. Fast forward a year later, some very valuable trees have withered and died -3 japanese maples and 1 blue spruce along with some other shrubs. They also neglected to tell me that they reduced the amount of water everything was getting by 1/3 last summer because of the water shortage. They probably thought homeowners can change this themselves if plants look like they need more water. But we were away for July 2025 and came back to dead trees. An email telling us that they were doing this would have gone a long way. After thousands of dollars, I'm now back at square one and needing another system. Oh, they also told me they would change my old system (valves etc) and they didn't. They retrofitted everything to an old 30 year old system - I was told this when I got a new estimate recently. I was also told that the drip irrigation system was improperly installed, not suitable for my foundational plantings and were getting leaks because they didn't put a regulator in for that much water pressure. It would have been good for them to tell me that before installing the system. What a mess! Stay Away! read more

What a pleasure dealing with an honest company, from the minute I first contacted them. So far sprinkler winterization and then startup, went very well and honest with Reynold's Irrigation. The parts replaced were only what was needed, as opposed to what the others usually charge even if you don't need it. Very refreshing company you've got there Reynold's. Keep up the great work, all of you. read more

I love supporting a great family business. Old school values of hard work, the best products (Hunter) & fair prices, Mike and his son are passionate about delivering a quality product and installation. Knows Irrigation inside and out with decades of experience and it shows. So glad we went with proven experience. (Shout out to Angela, who is awesome & keeps everything together on the office side). read more

I used them to open up my system. They charge me for a bunch of sprinkler heads. Paid almost $500 then we find out that they couldn't possibly justify changing the sprinkler heads nor charge me for opening the system because there was something wrong with my water pressure so obviously every sprinkler head would not work properly, I gave them a month to fix the problem. They don't even answer my calls. in conclusion you can't charge somebody for changing sprinkler heads that never needed changing and you can't charge someone to open the system. If it can't be opened properly. I was more than happy to pay to have the sprinkler system fixed , but they gave me the run around and never completed the job read more

Mike provided the most affordable quote for our half acre property starting with 6 zones and expandable up to 14. We knew we wanted to have some 3 drip irrigation zones, so they ran those and left connections for later for when we could plant those areas. When we got the trees in, Mike was there within 24 hours to get them irrigation. They even setup an App that won't run the sprinklers when it rains and it also let's me manage the sprinklers from my phone. Mike and his son provide affordable, reliable, and honest service and I highly recommend them to anyone! read more

Great company, very responsive. I found these guys online because the company I was dealing with before wasn't interested in repairing my sprinkler system after I had the driveway done, they wanted to reinstall the whole system for more money than they charged me the last time and they blamed it on Covid. So Mike and Jason (Father and son) come out and give me the honest estimate, a very fair price and excellent work for the repair. I really respect when the owner of the company comes out for the estimate and shows up on the job. I'd give Reynolds 10 stars if I could. read more

Once again, I find myself entering accolades for Reynolds on behalf of my sister. Without going into too much detail they accomplished a very difficult and work intensive task today for a VERY reasonable price leaving my sister with an outstanding operating sprinkler system. Thank you Reynolds for your work ethics and quality....Ray Peres for Anette Janiec. read more

Provided a same- day sprinkler closing after the first guy never showed up. Was on time, polite, and did a good job.

What can I say? I'm a new homeowner with little knowledge of owning an actual house, let alone a lawn with a sprinkler system. When it came time to take care of business, I went to YouTube to get advice from the DIY folks through passive learning. I was about to buy a pancake compressor, try to find any and all plumbing bits, and pray that I didn't blow anything up, or heck, cause a flood somewhere. Long story short, my time was better spent with my baby girl and not having to deal with the impending winter season. I went to Yelp and saw that there were (at the time) two reviews for Reynolds Irrigation and took a chance. What good luck I struck! The owner was very professional, wore a mask due to the pandemic, and was very patient when I couldn't even unlock my own backyard. You may think I'm a putz, but honestly, the lock rusted. The owner took care of me, and even went so far as to impart a crash course on the plumbing of my own home. Something that I would have had to guess trough trial and error. read more

Reynolds Irrigation was great. Sean squeezed my appointment in the same day of my call. He looked over the whole system, replaced 2 heads and made adjustments. All done at a reasonable price. Will definitely be using them again for winterization and future repairs. read more

I was having some problems with some of my sprinklers. They didnt seem to be adequately watering and reaching some areas. Called Reynolds and even in the middle of there busiest season they showed up the next day. i couldnt be more pleased with the work that was done. They turned on each and every zone and he watched how much water and the patterns of spray. It was fun watching someone who knows so much about his job working. In a matter of an hour all my heads were either adjusted or had nozzle replacements. A couple heads were swapped out altogether. My lawn has already started to green up better. Couldn't be happier with the work performed and the cost. It was very reasonable. The crew he brought over to help him were some of the nicest younger guys I have met in a long time. Very respectful and very polite. Don't even consider anyone else. I doubt you will find an outfit with more knowleges about sprinklers then Reynolds. Peter M. read more

I have interviewed many a sprinkler company. I have found that Mike is very intelligent about designing the sprinkler area. He has educated me all about the sprinklers he uses as well as the underground piping. Mike is very fair priced and does not look to overcharge. If you find that something is not operating properly or something needs changing, they do everything possible to accommodate you. They are a family run business and a pleasure to be around and speak to. In my Book they are an A+++ company. If you are thinking about sprinkler systems it simple. Use Reynolds Irrigation. Picked Reynolds Irrigation at random two years ago. They came and installed my system quickly and very professionally. I had forgotten to leave the basement door open for them and they were unable to finish the installation the same day. I had no idea they had even run all the piping and installed the sprinkler heads when I got home as the yard looked completely undisturbed. Mike came back and finished the next day. Very courteous and professional. Had them back this year to re install the system after having it torn up while replacing the septic system. Very highly recommended. I wouldn't use anyone else. read more

Called Reynolds Irrigation after dealing with many incompetent irrigation companies on the east end over the last 8 years or so. What a breath of fresh air. They sent two techs, Jason and Ben. Two young guys who had more knowledge than any of the "experienced" techs from other companies . These guys worked hard, were super knowledgeable and fixed our issue within minutes. They were also very diligent and meticulous and made sure each sprinkler head was hitting every part of our lawn. They showed excellent character and respect and I highly recommend them. My only regret was not calling them sooner. read more

Awesome service , fair price. My new go to for sprinklers! Fixed my issue , super courteous and responsive.

Open sprinkler system and moved a line. Great job by Mike and his son. Always memorable when you deal with a family business.

Reynolds irrigation came to our rescue after a poorly done sprinkler install by a different company last year. Mike (the owner) was quick in responding to all of our questions! He and his team identified what was wrong with our sprinkler when no one else could. We were so happy with Mike's work that we hired him to install sprinklers on a different area of our property. His pricing is so fair, he is reliable and best of all he does quality work! I highly recommended him for anything irrational related! read more

Mike and his crew are awesome!! Highly recommend. We faced an issue while redoing our driveway. Mike was super responsive! And extremely courteous! We needed to reroute the lines and add pvc piping underneath the RCA before our driveway can be completed. Mike gave us a quote and came back the following morning with his crew to do the job. Before noon everything was completed and cleaned up. Mike even inspected our other sprinklers and gave recommendations for other issues we are facing. 5 stars!! Will call back in the fall to do additional work. Thank you again Mike and your team! read more

I couldn't have asked for anything more.
