Didn't have the stones or parts to just start cutting things off and i live with 3 women who weren't going to put up with the only shower being out of order for long. Called Szabo plumbing around 5 pm on a friday night. The next morning Joe, from Szabo, sent me a text message and told me not to fear. No walls were going to be opened and he would take fine care of me. Even sent me pictures of other jobs he had done. He arrived about an hour later and had me kill the water to the house. About 45 minutes to maybe an hour later, I not only had a new cartridge installed, but also a new escutcheon plate, pull handle and a new fully functioning shower diverter. I paid for the work done, you can't get quality work and expect to pay discount prices. Joe's work was professional and beyond and trust me, Szabo plumbing and Joe's contact info got saved to my contact list. I now have a recommendation if someone asks me: "Do you know a good plumber?" The guys showed up on time, had booties ready to go and generally took extra care to keep things neat, tidy and not scuff the walls or dirty up the floor (which sometimes happens.) With that said, the crew didn't take any shortcuts and made sure that the task was completed properly and in a very timely manner.
