The first Speech and Language Pathology Assistant ("SLPA") was terrible and we were told by the…read moreSpeech and Language Pathologist ("SLP") that it caused our child to regress in his speech... how do they allow that to happen(possibly due to lack of oversight as mentioned again below)?! We were still given a full non-adjusted bill despite the detrimental service. I should have removed my child from here at this point, but unfortunately believed them that things would be corrected. Our second SLPA was good. She was kind, patient, and tried her best, which was nice for our child. The issue is the actual SLP was never around and not involved in the care of our child. In about a year and a half of coming to this location, we saw the actual SLP once. The SLP is responsible for creating the therapy plan and making adjustments as needed, they also are responsible for having 10% direct and 10% indirect supervision on the SLPA (which should be documented). None of that happened. Our child had the same care plan the entire time. We had an assessment done at the end of our time which was wildly inaccurate (as determined by 2 other SLPs) where we were told our child was performing at a lower percentile than when we first brought him. Overall, the people are nice. The SLPA did her best with the limited resources available, but I cannot recommend this place. Side note, their billing was very lagged. We would gets bills for appointments 3-4 months behind. I did not hold against them as this is not uncommon in healthcare, just annoying.

Then we had a few more meetings with Nadine who we can't thank enough for all of her support and caring. They both made a real difference when we needed it most. They helped calm our thinking, and boost our emotional strength, resilience. They helped us settle down, become less confused and stressed out, and that allowed us to deal with the situation, to do what we needed to make tough decisions and get thru some very hard times. If they hadn't been there to help, our lives would have gone sideways more than once. The impact they had on us may well have saved my life. The default path we were heading down when we reached out to them had a hidden life-threatening risk that we likely wouldn't have avoided. Noble poached our loved one out of Temple Post Acute(TPA) who was there for rehabilitation after…read moremajor back surgery. She was discharged from TPA and at the meeting a Noble sales rep attended the meeting. As the patient was at TPA for rehab we knew she was NOT terminal and the rep told us Noble was there to help. So we agreed, she came home and I was the main caregiver. At first Noble seemed helpful--the first two nurses were great. Then came the 3rd nurse on May 10th 2026. She immediately withheld her diabetic medication cold turkey--a medicine she had been taking daily for over 3 years. On May 27th 2026 she died. If you care about your Loved one avoid TPA and Noble Hospice like the plague. They don't care about you--it's all about the money.

He assured me he had experience working with adults on the spectrum. CLEARLY HE DOES NOT. I think his resume is padded! He had 8 appointments - did not go to all of them because they were useless and he said he felt uncomfortable with what John was asking him. All he did is ask my son if he wanted to go back to school to find a new path. My son has a degree in engineering - he did not need to go back to school. John milked these appointments to bill - PERIOD. He knew what was expected, booked and billed me for 8 appointments and NEVER saw a resume. Might as well have burned $1840.00
