Came in on a budget, the girl with classes was cool but the one behind the flower bar had a horrible attitude. And it wasn't the first time, I've left on multiple occasions to different shops because she look like she hates her life and it's uncomfortable. Ps. She told me to get off my video call which is fair thats rules, not complaining about that. But when I said I hope she has a better day she replied by " those are Just the rules" not acknowledging that I was referring to her extremely poor attitude, it was like she was giving me a dirty look while trying to sell me weed. Came in today after stopping by yesterday for carts. I've stopped by before & have always found something good & reasonably priced (I love the wheel too). But I had an issue with one cart & brought it back for an exchange/figure out the issue. The entire time Cody was super helpful & understanding! They went above and beyond to provide some awesome service & make sure I still got to enjoy the cart I bought! A big thank you to the very kind owner as well! Good prices on low grade stuff, but they don't try to upgrade you to top quality, even after I expressed interest in information on it.

I sent my son to pick up an order and the girl refused to sell to him because he had people in the car that did not come into the business. This and they never have my products and don't communicate if they don't they just cancel your order and they make you feel uncomfortable EVERY single time I have ever come in there and now you have to card people driving you there? The store has an incredible selection of anything you could possibly want, and there was even a discount wheel! Terrible customer service. Had a faulty mfused battery and I tried to exchange it. With receipt, packaging, and mind you it was also within the time frame of return / exchange. I called prior to coming in and they said they could help me out, turns out some employee was having a bad day or something. He was rude and was even talking to a customer behind me about a night out or something. Either way it was highly unprofessional and don't advise you to come here, there's a spot right across the street that's much better and has people who can actually help you out. I've seen dispensaries with better products and who have better deals anyways. read more

At about 5:00 on July 8th we went in looking for infused joints. There were 2 employees working, one woman and one man. We asked for indicas and the male employee was extremely condescending and talking down to us telling us that everything is a hybrid these days (we know). He was very irritated that we asked for the most indica dominant hybrid and just kept repeating himself about hybrids. We decided to just leave and I told him that his customer service skills need work. Both employees started yelling at us and the man kept screaming "I am a medical patient" like that was relevant at all. They also did not ID us when we came in as is required by law. Been going to this shop for over 4 years. their atm has had issues but today i tried 6 times to get it to work, after looking up the code to inform the manager about what is wrong, she then berated me with her work problems then proceeded to kick me out the store when i only came in to buy my things and leave. they made it a personal issue instead of letting me leave with what i wanted. i want this lady fired and never to work with people again. she is so rude and thinks she own the store.. i will never come back to such a unprofessional store run by a disrespectful child manager. so much for a 5 star rating... sad to see the owner dose not watch the shop, it was a better time with her around....... Sold my friend a broken cart I asked them to pick up since I live across town. They dropped it off for me and once I opened it and took it out the mouthpiece was disconnected and leaking oil. Wouldn't go back in no matter how many times my friend and I tried. When my friend brought it back they wouldn't give them a new one or even refund it. New to area this was the second time i went. I asked where the best indica was. Ha the reply I got was I don't know. Then a pause and then I asked what Is the top thc. Then she said I'm not going to look through all so you really expect me to go through all of this for you. So Ok I crouched down in front of counter to look at product behind glass in counter and said can I see these two and she said I can't hear you through the glass while running her mouth about some other BS. So I stood up and she said I'm not going to pull out all these jars just pick one in a pathetic Rude tone. My buddy said did he say something wrong. She completely stopped and turned to him with the evil eye lol. And started laying into him. So he said to the woman standing on other end of counter is this your manager. They eventually said yes and that was awkward. Never seen a manager stunned. Lol. She was a little nicer after that the next time was a much better experience. So if this happens to you. Put her in check. She will take her probs out on you. Hopefully she grew up in the last few months. Or avoid this place if you don't want to go in asking legit questions and getting a nice response of I'm not going to do my job. I rather just say do you really expect me to go through all of this.
