Fraud payment on credit card

Earlier this year, I canceled my membership at that gym due to safety concerns in the surrounding area. I was followed home from the gym, and although I reported the car to the police, they weren't apprehended. I'm not blaming the gym for this; it's not their fault. However, after canceling, they suddenly charged me for gym fees last month and this month. I disputed the charges with my bank, but they then billed the full amount to my credit card instead. I don't believe this was a mistake--they seem to be quietly making random charges, and if unnoticed, they would likely continue. ‼ Please check your account after canceling your membership with this gym, as continuous charges may occur!

Value for Money: 5/5 Gym Facilities: 4/5 Equipment: 5/5 Cross Fit Classes: 5/5 The facility is huge, offering a vast array of equipment that caters to any workout preference. Whether you're into deadlifts and crave those free weights or prefer the variety of machines, this place has you covered. Plus, there's a running track for when you want to switch up your routine with some cardio. What really sets this gym apart are the cross fit classes. The coaches are phenomenal - they truly understand how to motivate and push you beyond your limits in the best way possible. Each class is a new challenge, and the energy is contagious. No matter your fitness level, you'll find the support and enthusiasm here to help you meet your goals. If you're looking for a gym that offers both top-notch facilities and an inspiring community, look no further. Highly recommend! They also do have the hydro massage, spa and basketball facilities. They have cleaner continuously cleaning that was my first reason to love this place

PLEASE READ IF YOURE THINKING ABOUT GOING TO THIS GYM. Went to this gym on 8/19/2024 to get the 29 free trial they're promoting. I was a member of this gym a few years back but I wanted to come back and possibly switch from my current gym (LA Fitness Everett). The two front desk associates were nice and helpful. I asked if I had to still do the gym tour because I've been a member already but they explained that it still had to be done which I understand, but they'll ask the manager just in case to see "what kind of mood he is in". Manager comes up to me and gives a quick "the 29 day pass is only for people coming to this gym for the first time" which isn't true because the fine print of the pass says otherwise. He then says that a membership will cost 37 dollars and some change if I want to sign up. Obviously there are different types of memberships such as prepaid but doesn't even give me the time of day to sit down and talk with me. Call it what you want, but I would steer far away from a gym that is ran by someone like that. A manager who dictates the rules depending on how he feels OR doesn't know the fine print of his own gym that he's managing. As for the gym equipment itself, I would say it's below average to average based on all the gyms within Everett-Kent that I've worked out at. I'm only speaking for the Everett location.

Such a clean and nice gym. The equipments are all clean and great condition, and seen some that I don't see at some of the other gyms, including the LA Fitness I go to. Some of the machines are nicely-spaced, giving you a bit of personal space to workout. I like how the machines are in separate rooms. They gym area is nice. Staff are all super friendly.

Super fun high energy workout class! Really glad I got to try this gym! The instructors are cool and the playlist def fit my vibe. They also have an indoor track and basketball gym.

If ever I would like to sign up again, I would still have to pay $200. This seems like a rip off and my kid come here for his classes and I come here for my beginner classes as well. Seems like it doesn't matter about customer satisfaction for them. They will Include any rule to make sure they are getting the money. Again, I like individuals here. But as business they definitely suck. I would not recommend being a member here cause as long as you are remember, you are fine but other than that it's a loss of money for you. Many would argue that I should have read terms and condition (which is in benefits to the club) but circumstances arise where you are an advocate to yourself. Be careful to becoming their member because it is a rip off, you may not know it just yet.

My daughter's partner was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and given a prognosis of 6-12 months. He is currently on SSI disability since he can no longer work so his income is very limited, and asked about a free membership, and the answer was a flat no. Just policy over people. For an organization that claims to be community-focused, that response was shocking and unexpected. He is facing overwhelming physical, emotional, and financial stress. Something as simple as access to a supportive, healthy environment could make a meaningful difference--yet the Everett YMCA chose bureaucracy over basic human decency. If this is how you treat people at their most vulnerable, then all the talk about "healthy living," and "social responsibility" is just marketing fluff.

I left both times crying. I been across the United States and used my black card and never experienced such discrimination? If you are a van dweller you are not welcome. I had an extremely negative experience at this Planet Fitness location and felt compelled to share…read moreit. As a guest on my partner's account, I encountered two unacceptable situations that made my visits incredibly distressing. First, about a week ago, I was told by a staff member named Jesse that I could not access the gym facilities while my partner was in the locker room, despite providing my phone number and having no previous issues. I was forced to wait outside in the waiting area for over an hour, which was both inconvenient and humiliating. He claimed that I could be a "thief" while he sat there giggling with the same girl the second incident is about. Today, things got even worse. Due to my disability Severe (OCD), I shower with the curtain open because I am highly afraid of germs. A staff member yelled at me to close the curtain because I was allegedly making one other person uncomfortable. Despite my explanations and the fact that I told her I was finished with my shower, this staff member continued to berate me in front of everyone, causing me to have a panic attack. She yelled over and over " I don't care close the curtain!" It's astonishing that a locker room, where nudity is expected, would have such a rigid and poorly communicated policy. These incidents have left me deeply dissatisfied, UNCOMFORTABLE, and I will never return to this gym. The negative experiences overshadow any positive aspects, and it's clear that the staff at this location need better training on handling sensitive situations and enforcing policies fairly. I see naked women all the time in the actual locker room part of the locker room not showering. Never complained. Never felt uncomfortable. I have never complained before these incidents, however while I'm at it, the shower curtains never get cleaned, there is a shower that has been extremely clogged for over a month, the showers are also not cleaned often or throughly there is always hair in the drain and other nasty substances. My partner says that multiple shower heads in the gentleman's room are missing and there is also always little tiny black worms on the floor, he also stated that he saw a couple (man + woman) In the men's showers apparently showering together, and a tooth brush head on the shower floor that looked like it was covered in what looked like feces. But yeah sure worry about my normal naked body in a public locker room and shower. There is one employee here who has always been super nice and I hate that I do not know his name but he deserves a better job! He explained to me that this is not policy but the damage has been done. The woman NEVER apologized. JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE? YEAH RIGHT. MORE LIKE DISCRIMINATORY ZONE.

I even mentioned about my left knee ACL surgery and guess what? He helped me work around that too! My goal was to get back into shuffling (electronic music dance form) and he pinpointed the areas where I need to work on most in order for me to effectively get back into my goal. He is such an amazing Trainer. The team is very welcoming and it feels like a second family.

In fact, he spent almost 4 hours with me (program covers only 2) just to explain everything in meticulous detail and cover all the modifications required for my individual health needs. He was extremely attentive, motivating, and FUN! We became friends and I always looked forward to my training sessions. Another big advantage to book with PureResults is because Ray explains the reasoning behind each exercise and the reasoning behind the order we do it in because he cares about instilling that knowledge in his clients as well. I learned more about my body and how to take care of it working with Ray in this short time than I have in the last 10 years I've been trying to yo-yo diet and work out on my own.
