Our carpets are light-colored, contractor-grade carpeting, and after several years of having multiple dogs in the house, we honestly didn't expect them to look much better. We also had a lingering musty odor in one bedroom closet after two 1.5-gallon jugs of water slowly leaked onto a cabinet where we were storing hurricane supplies. We were amazed by the results!
