Pros: professional, clear about rates and kept appointment exactly as scheduled. When I was dissatisfied, offered to return to make things right . Cons: Did not meet expectations. Some things were cleaned beyond my expectations ( master bath shower) , while other things ( surfaces not dusted, rubber padding from bath rug left stuck on " cleaned" floor) were missed or not done as promised. When the carpet cleaner came after Molly Maid, he had to take out a garbage bag full of trash from under beds and sofas. Molly Maid's response to the promise that they clean baseboards and vacuum was that they are not allowed to move furniture over 20 lbs! If you expect a "sales ready" clean , find someone who really does this. Molly Maid is probably fine for routine cleaning...definitely not the deep, move in clean they promise. Disappointing.

They wipe down with a wash cloth and hot water. They do not do detailed cleaning they do just basic wipe down. Then they will charge you a crazy amount for the bare minimum. The apartment I moved out of was 800 ft. 2 bed 1 bathroom. With my wife there helping them clean up. She did 90% of the work while they walked behind her. You are better off going anywhere else. They are not detailed and missed things. Still charged 350 dollars for bare minimum. Please find someone else
