We hired them to replace our water main in the front yard of our property. We were told that our beautiful yard and garden were going to be put back to how it was before the job started, and we moved the things they said needed to be moved. The communication after that was practically non existent, and they caused massive amounts of damage to our front yard and house. We lost a ton of our flowers and plants in our garden as they were buried with dirt from digging the trench. We also lost sentimental iron art that was buried or stolen. Who knows. After they told us the job was complete and we're leaving our property I came home from work to find the whole front yard demolished with dirt scattered everywhere, including all over our grass. Our flagstones were cracked and smashed by the mini excavator they brought in, and it damaged the side of our house and they never told us. They tried to cover it up by hiring a stucco repair guy the same day. Nothing was disclosed to us about that. We tried reaching the manager of the local branch as well as the SLC branch but got no replies until we emailed them threatening legal action. No surprise they finally answered at that point. They said they can come and "fix" all of their mistakes which took several more weeks, with many broken promises throughout the process. They never came to fix the grass and ghosted us again. After this traumatic experience was finally wrapping up we ask them if we can receive a discount and they ghosted us yet again and have yet to reply. We've spent almost $20,000 with whipple and this is how we are treated. You are much better off using any other company in the area

Whipple was by far the worst business we have ever worked with. We hired this company to change out some of our pipes in the front yard. We were told that everything was going to be put back to how it was before and that they would move our things around for us. Well, no communication after this and my whole entire garden was buried. I lost over 50 plants. I lost all 6 garden boxes as they were thrown around and buried. I lost sentimental garden art as that was buried as well. The machinery they brought in damaged the side of our house and they tried to hide it by hiring someone that same day to fix it. Again, ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THIS WAS COMMUNICATED. As you can imagine, I was shocked to see my house and yard. All of my stones were destroyed. All of my grass was buried in dirt and died. We contacted the manager many times. No response. We contacted general manager in salt lake. No response. So we sent a letter letting them know that we have no option but to take them to court. Of course, an hour after sending we get a response. They come and it takes them three weeks to "fix" all of their mistakes. They never came to fix the grass and ghosted us again. What they came to "fix" was an awful job. Even after this traumatic experience we ask them if we can receive a discount... and you guessed it! No response. So $20k down the drain. We keep finding old pipe all over the yard. They never removed the old pipe! Just left it in the dirt. I talk to people of Saint George for a living and I have spread the information to over 200 people that live in the area because I do not want anyone to experience what we went through. This was our first home we bought a year ago and we were completely taken advantage. Any company has to be better to work with.

He did an incredible job in only a few hours, installed a needed second strap (per code) and also installed a pan under the hot water heater, which the original one did not have, hooked up a new expansion tank, and hooked up the recirc hardware I have so we can get hot water instantly; and they did it all for less than I expected to pay Also, along with the standard six year hot water heater warranty from Rheem, Dino included a matching six year warranty on labor if needed. My contractor hired Integrity Heating and Air to move an existing mini-split. They completed the…read morejob and everything seemed O until the first time I turned the unit on a few weeks later. It came back with an F0 error meaning low refrigerant. My contractor contacted Robert and he was supposed to come out several days later on Saturday. He was a no show and did not communicate with us at all that day. Supposedly Robert is working out of town and can only do work on Saturday's. Unfortunately we were out of town the next Saturday so it was scheduled for the following weekend (three weeks after the problem was reported). He showed up an hour late, spent 15 minutes and stated that he needed some things and that he'd be back that afternoon. I checked at 3PM and he said 4pm. He never showed up again and two days later has yet to contact me or the contractor to give us any update. At this point, it feels like Robert is not going to fix the leak and my contractor has already paid him. Very strange to be treated like this from a company with "Integrity" in their name. I had another HVAC company come out. Turns out there was more wrong with the install than just a leak. Inside unit was screwed into drywall only - no studs and it was already loose. 2 feet of the lines inside the wall had no insulation and the condensation would have caused water damage in the wall. And the worse part is the condensation line wasn't actually connected to the unit. Good thing I didn't have him come out to "fix" the leak because we would have had a lot of other issues down the road. If you're looking for someone that is only available on Saturday's, and doesn't prioritize service calls on problems that he is responsible for, go ahead and hire them. Otherwise steer well clear of them.
