She really listened to what my sister wanted in a dress and pulled several options. I also liked that we were able to walk the floor and choose dresses as her bridal tribe. All of the girls who worked there were so nice and helpful. They gave us wine and small snacks while we helped my sister try on dresses. In the end, if you get a dress over $2000, you get a free vacation which is awesome! I'd highly recommend K and B bridal!!

The "sale" dresses were filthy. They had stains, the hems were dirty, there were makeup marks, pilling, and frayed spots all over. This store clearly does not take care of their dresses, the attendants dragged them across the floor when returning one to the rack, handled gowns with bare hands, and the shop overall was dingy. My attendant was nice enough, but I did not feel she listened to what I wanted, choosing to pull items I continually said I did not like. Overall, this shops gown quality did not match their price range and advertising. Very misleading, do not recommend.

She made it feel like we were walking into an old friends house and made us feel so welcome. She pulled out a few dresses and was so happily receptive of what I did and didn't like. She made as all laugh and really took the time to get to know me, my story, and my upcoming wedding.
