I was offered an appoint that day or the next. When I arrived the repair was evaluated and completed within 35 minutes. It feels fine. Both the front desk staff and Dr. Giraldo remembered me from previous visits and were pleasant and professional. The office is modern with artworks adorning the walls.

Dr. Braun from the second he placed braces on my 14 year old she has been plagued with an exhorbent amount of sores in her mouth from the braces that. Were put on defectively. I had to fight with the office every single time begging them to see my daughter because the wire of the brackets were sticking out and cutting her gums. When the Dr. Finally saw us he even said oh wow that's not good. And guess what? It happened again and again and again. Last straw was I called on a Wednesday and said my daughters bracket is loose. They said they had a 930am on Thursday. I told them that's fine but she has to be out by 10 as she has an appt she cannot miss. At the appt he took her loose brace off, tightened her bottom teeth all while scratching her gums leaving her with canker sores, a missing bracket and a broken bracket on top. She called me after her appt crying that she has a missing. Bracket in front and he made the braces worse. I begged and pleaded to bring her back after her appt. They ignored me, promised the Dr would call me back, (which he didn't) , and. Than at 4 told me they cannot see her till the following week. I even sent him a video and he still refused to see her. He wanted her to be with a broken bracket cutting her insides all weekend again?? I am appalled! I urgently phoned. ADentist in Darien who was miraculously able to see my daughter. Wow! He was incredible. He was caring , kind and it was the first time my daughter wasn't petrified for someown to be in her mouth fixing her braces. I called the Dr. Thursday demanding my records for all of my children and he has yet to answer me or send the records to my new orthodontist. Horrific awful experience!!!

Martin is gentle, sensitive to his patients, and cares about his patient's reactions to interventions. He modifies his work with each individual. Dr. Braun goes slow with a treatment plan when needed and is flexible; working with patients where they are at. They are like all medical professionals should be but so few are....as one size does NOT fit all and flexibility is key when working with people. She explained everything clearly, checked on me constantly, and worked with such a calm confidence that I never felt nervous for a single minute. The procedure itself was quick, comfortable, and far easier than I expected. What really stood out, though, was how genuine she is -- she treated me like a person, not just another appointment on the schedule. It's rare to find a specialist who is both incredibly skilled and truly caring, but Dr. Stein is exactly that. If you need a root canal and you're dreading it, go to her. I have not visited them since 2019-I called and emailed several times no one returned my calls. In March I finally posted a review. Dr. Stein himself called me after seeing the. review. He asked me to take it down and he would "handle": my bill that he would make sure it was cleared up and that the bill would be cleared and make sure that I owed nothing. Forward to today. I trusted the owner of this establishment Took down my review. He did not own up to his promise of deleting what his billing department said I "owed" I have since moved (been divorced since 09) I got a bill in the mail that only tooik 200 off the bill then I got another bill for my ex husband (he has not moved in more that 20 years) at my new address with the full amount Dr. Stein said he would delete because I do. not owe it period. My ex husband does not owe it either. So I called three times no one supposidly gave the doctor the message so I went in yesterday. Dr stein said I have patinent and I am busy this weekend can I call you next week. I he said "trust me" I did and you failed. I then asked him why would someone change my ex husbands address. his excuse was they were updated the computer system. well the computer system doesnt change addresses by themselves do they? and that is also why my bill wasnt cleared mmmmm well it took off 200 and gave it to my ex husband. what a excuse.
