My wife unknowingly showed up at 1:00 with the woman worker rudely saying she cancelled her appointment. They cancelled my wife's massage appointment without her consent or telling her. They then offered her a facial to try and make up for it... It was SoSo at best. They never apologized for how rude they were in person and over the phone and proceeded to try and Upsell her for a membership. AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost.
