I was not sure if I would feel awkward or uncomfortable about the idea of getting massage from a stranger. But talking with Charnell in the beginning put me at ease, and I had such a relaxing time. I found a groupon for one hour massage back in May for my mom, initially. Then I decided to treat myself and got one for myself, too. My mom had her massage a while ago, and she had a great time with Charnell. Ever since then I was looking forward to my appointment. She was booked (I'm guessing bc she is that good!) for a while. After waiting for a month, I finally got to visit her for my session. Booking is easy - you can either call her, or use her website to book your appointment. There are questionaire for new customers to fill out prior to the first appointment, which was quick and easy about your body condition and medical history. I originally told her that I have problems with neck, back, shoulder due to the nature of my work. Once she started massaging my neck, back, and shoulder, it felt as if she was reading my mind! She knows what she is doing with your tender and pained areas. I felt very comfortable and relaxed with her massaging me (I almost fell asleep during the session! Oops). I recommend Charnell x100!
