First of all, Charnell is an incredibly sweet person who made my first time experience of massage…read moreso pleasant and comfortable! I was not sure if I would feel awkward or uncomfortable about the idea of getting massage from a stranger. But talking with Charnell in the beginning put me at ease, and I had such a relaxing time. I found a groupon for one hour massage back in May for my mom, initially. Then I decided to treat myself and got one for myself, too. My mom had her massage a while ago, and she had a great time with Charnell. Ever since then I was looking forward to my appointment. She was booked (I'm guessing bc she is that good!) for a while. After waiting for a month, I finally got to visit her for my session. Booking is easy - you can either call her, or use her website to book your appointment. There are questionaire for new customers to fill out prior to the first appointment, which was quick and easy about your body condition and medical history. I originally told her that I have problems with neck, back, shoulder due to the nature of my work. Once she started massaging my neck, back, and shoulder, it felt as if she was reading my mind! She knows what she is doing with your tender and pained areas. I felt very comfortable and relaxed with her massaging me (I almost fell asleep during the session! Oops). I recommend Charnell x100! She's such a lovely person and great massaging skills. I'm so glad I found you for my future massage!

I will admit I was skeptical going into the process. I was seeing a chiropractor regularly, I had…read moregone to a massage therapist who would leave me about in tears trying to release the knots in my back. I'd even been checked for arthritis at one point, but the truth of the matters were my muscles were just always tight. Chiropractors said I was like adjusting a board. So I thought why not try acupuncture plenty of people swear by it. I didn't want anything spiritual I just wanted to feel better. I did not expect to feel relief the 1st time I went. I am not a needle person, so I was not sure I could handle it but I also have made real sure I don't see the needles. If you want to know if it feels good - I wouldn't go that far but I find myself falling asleep on the table regularly. One thing I appreciate about this practice is that the focus is on the people - get better so you can come less often. How often do you have someone tell you that? I hurt less, my range of motion is much improved. I am a believer, if you want to try acupuncture with someone who is going to really focus on improving your condition you should come here. He does a lot with Veterans so he knows body traumas does wants you to improve.
