We each had an attendant massage our arms and legs and feet, while we sat in very comfortable recliners. The attendants also used hot stones, which felt very nice. For the detox part we were hooked up to a machine and our feet placed in buckets of water for 30 minutes. We both kind of dozed off because we were so relaxed. I think next time I'd skip the detox and do more of the reflexology, and maybe add a pedicure! I wasn't sure what to expect but this was a really nice experience. I visited this morning for a massage appointment with Mario. I read all the positive reviews and…read morewaited for an opening with him and it was well worth it. When booking a massage, you want to make sure that you receive the service that reflects what you pay for. Brier Creek delivered. I arrived ahead of my appointment and Tamara greeted me and got me started with the medical history and preferences questionnaire. Mario was on time and brought me back to the spa room. Everything was very neat, comfortable and quiet. Mario asked about areas that needed attention and my concerns. Mario has an excellent bedside manner as a therapist. He would do well as a chiropractor. Pressure was spot on and all areas of concern were addressed appropriately. The aromatherapy allowed for me to relax. I will be returning for a 90- min session with him soon. So far the membership has allowed me to slow down and make the necessary time for self care.

I have a membership and right after a massage I wanted to tip my masseuse in cash, but their front desk/management didn't have any change. They insisted I go next door to neighboring businesses to ask them to break my bill and they weren't able to ask other masseuses because they were in sessions. It was 2pm in the middle of the day and I'm not sure why they don't have change. This is the only massage envy I've ever had an issue with doing this. They proceeded to ask me to tip on an app on the tablet that takes an extra percentage off for using a card, and this just seemed like a gimmick to me to get more $. Not the best experiencing after a relaxing massage. Fast forward to my next appointment. I intentionally made an appointment with the esthetician I like there. I come to my appointment to find out she is gone. The new esthetician was so inexperienced that she tried to extract a mole off my hairline. I was the last appointment sip she also kept going in and out of the room to clean things up. Not very relaxing. Needless to say I won't be coming back here to use my benefits.

She is located on the second floor so be prepared to walk up a flight of stairs. She shares a space with another business but every time I've visited, I haven't seen others waiting, which is nice. But there is a large area for those who may need to wait. There is a bathroom in the space that is always clean and full of items such as sanitary napkins, lotion, tissues, etc. Everything you need is there lol. Her massage table includes a heated mattress pad which I love but Ofcourse you can opt to have it on or off. She also plays soft music in the background as well. I've already mentioned how her hands are gifted! She is really knowledgeable about the body and how to address tight spots. She is gentle and uses a variety of techniques to meet the needs of each client. I've always found that when I leave her table, I am much more relaxed and less tense. Additionally, Carla has such a warm spirit. She really cares about getting to know her clients and helping them in the best way she can.
