I don't usually write bad reviews but I have to say that if you think you are going to some sort of upscale Beverly Hills boutique, think again. Don't let the address fool you. I went in for a facial and was met by Michelle who seemed very nice at first. The place was much smaller than I expected and not very well decorated. There are only two rooms there. Michelle seemed warm and friendly when I met her and it started to make up for the appearance and parking situation. I went into a small room and she began to work on my face. She explained what she was doing and seemed to know what she was doing for the most part. But at one point she left the room and I heard her talking to someone who came in and her tone and remarks were very low class. It became an uncormfortable situation. I felt like she was being fake with me because I was paying her but the real Michelle came out. Her whole personality changed when she was talking to the person outside. I don't know what the disagreement was about but it didn't seem the other person was deserving of the remarks and it seemed that situation could have been handled better...no matter what the problem was. I thought MIchelle was extremely unprofessional. I wasn't going to write this review and put it off for a while but every time I think about that experience, I get upset so here I am sharing it. Way overpriced place, very low class establishment, decent facial but far from the best. read more
