    Cowboy ember burnt Curry

Lotus chips are so good and flavorful. Seasoned but not overwhelm. Recommended both pad Thai and curry. There are other option for protein like chicken, tofu, shrimp. Brisket was very good. Will come back go try ofher items. Portion size was enough for two person meal.

Please eat here. It's so good. The food is fresh, flavorful, and the staff are so friendly and attentive. Please don't keep it a secret!! The burnt ends are so good! The "mild" (one pepper) is a good approachable spicy flavor.

Really enjoyed the quiet ambiance and attentive service. The meal was delicious and served by friendly staff.

    Pad Se Ew with Shrimp

Another great visit to this place! We tried something new, lotus chips, lotus shrimp, and the pad Se ew. All three dishes were delicious. Service is always very friendly here and family owned. If you are in the Katy area and looking for a good Thai restaurant place, this is a must visit for you!

The service was great. They are very welcoming and kept our drinks full! The food was amazing. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. We got the spring rolls, chicken satay, burnt ends pad thai, shrimp pad thai, basil chicken, and chicken fried rice. Everything was excellent and we have made the rounds of Thai places in Katy and Houston. Our only pause is the prices for the portion size. It was so delicious though that we didn't mind too much! Very excited to have this place move into our area! They also brought out some homemade coconut ice cream for the kiddos to try. It was delicious! The kids were huge fans too! It's not on the menu yet, but once it is - it's an amazing way to finish your meal!

I haven't been to this spot in years. I forgot how good this place was!…read more Music is always popping here. I came in on a Friday night, and they had a live DJ playing. The music is a mix of EDM, Hip-hop, Rap, and R&B. They have tables and bar top seating. If you have a bigger group, I'm sure you can find a table depending on the time you arrive. There is a lot of seating. To start off, I ordered the Matcha Martini. It was STRONG omg, definitely a sipper, but it was so good. It was creamy and had a good matcha flavor. I love how they added matcha powder on top. For drinks, I also tried their espresso martini and Bubbly Pineapple. The espressos here are good, no complaints. The Bubbly Pineapple is so cute; it comes out with a bubble of smoke you can pop. The drink is very refreshing; it really tastes like pineapple. FYI, the drink has little black seeds, so if you don't like textures in your drink, maybe this one isn't for you. Also the drink came with a little frozen pineapple you can add to your drink once you pop the bubble As an appetizer, I got a dozen raw oysters and decided to add the $5 tobiko (fish eggs). Let me say, they were not stingy with the Tobiko, there was so much on my Oysters, I mean a lot! The oysters were good, and so was the tobiko, but I feel that with so much tobiko, it kind of took away from the oysters. Still good though, especially for $21 for the dozen with the tobiko! It was very filling I'm not gonna lie, I got pretty full with the oysters, but I still had to eat my entree As an entree, I ordered the Short Ribs, which came with rice and a side salad. I didn't think I was going to eat much of my entree since the oysters had filled me up, but I ate the short ribs down to the bone! Every single one of those ribs I devoured, no meat was left on my plate. I didn't have space to eat, but my stomach made space for this. 10/10 would recommend the short ribs, especially with the delicious sauce it came with. I think it's like a fish sauce 10/10 for food and drinks. Bonus: the staff here is really friendly. I really enjoyed my time here. I need to come more often for sure, this is definitely a Katy gem

Had no reservations anywhere on a Friday night but called GiAu Bar n Bites & they said come on in, we don't get our crowd till late night. It was fairly empty at 7:30p but by the time we left at 9:45p there were a few more ppl. Funny thing is, the age of most customers was 40-60s. The music is pumping loudly with no DJ but at 9p the DJ came in & took the music up another level! I think the older folks come out early & likely the younger people take over after 10 or 11p. ( I won't be able to confirm that theory cause I'll be home by then!) Food & services were good as usual. The bartenders do a great job check them out!

Service was spot on, quick, and we got our food in what felt like maybe a few minutes. We started off with pork dumplings for the kiddo, which he INHALED in moments. For entrees, we split the orange chicken and the Spicy/Numbing Pot. The orange chicken was spot on. The sauce was sweet but not painfully sweet or thick/clumpy. Really nice orange flavor and tender chicken. So much fun eating it since it is gluten free! Our kiddo also devoured this dish! Mild - not spicy at all! The Spicy Numbing Pot, while a little oily/greasy on the bottom, was still delicious! I appreciated that it wasn't knock your socks off spicy - it had a solid kick, and so flavorful. I love eating dishes with Sichuan Pepper; it has a lot of flavor, and the tingling is so much fun. This dish was perfect with some rice, and it wasn't too heavy for the middle of the day. The prices were really reasonable, and there was enough food for leftovers which we ate later that night. Our only regret is not getting the duck appetizer, but we will be sure to get it next time. We can't wait to go back, and Tiger Noodle will happily be in regular rotation for our family! You can't go wrong!

It doesn't bother me that it's semi-dimmed and small. The food made up for it even though my back was to the main entrance door. Good parking spaces. There was a waitlist but we didn't wait for over 30 minutes. Best bang for your buck AYCE sushi at $29.99/person and their menu is THICK. Even for someone who is used to sushi, it was overwhelming at first. The tablet made it easier to order without feeling so needy to the already-so-busy servers. Cheaper at lunch time but menu has less options, mainly no sashimi and only ice-cream as desserts. My favorites are chicken karaage, kanpachi sashimi, yellowtail sashimi, salmon sashimi, Cajun albacore sashimi, spider roll, Starbucks roll, baked green mussels, and their mochi (I got strawberry and mango). I got a lot more but those are my favorite and highly recommend for you to try. Final destination sushi rolls are majority of the people's favorite, including my server's. Eel sashimi is on a grill, which was surprising and good. Wasabi was lacking the spice and I'm not a fan of pink ginger but it's an AYCE so not complaining. What I do suggest you to do is to stay away from hot cheesecake and ice cream tempura. Unfortunately, they most likely use the same batter batch with their meats/seafood and they fry it with their seafood/meat oil so all you taste is mainly seafood, which is quite disgusting when you want your desserts to be desserts. I love seafood but that was gross. I still ate the insides. Overall, a solid restaurant for AYCE sushi. I like that the majority of their sushi rolls are half and they don't kill you with so much rice. Plus, you have an option to not get AYCE if you're not too hungry.

The restaurant somewhat is small from inside, yet it seems that the servers are just going back n forth between tables and kitchen. The kiosk ordering systems helps take the burden off of the servers quite a bit, and it's easier to order at your own pace, when you're ready to. Their sashimi was very good. Thick slices of fish. Seaweed salad was good also. Vast selection of rolls. I do like their Starbuck and shaggy rolls a lot. They serve 4 pieces to a roll where as other competitors do 6-8. Also, both times I noticed that their rolls were coming apart, which is not too appealing. Nonetheless, the food is still pretty good and I do plan on visiting them again.

I always felt like Ocean Crawfish in Bellaire had potential but I could never get myself to get over the sewage smell on the outside of the building and overall stickiness and lack of cleanliness feeling on the inside. This Katy location tho is the exact opposite and they even have booth seating! Second stand out worth mentioning is pricing. They have A LOT of specials here. When we came, they have $12 dozen oysters, $4 margaritas, & $6.99 per lb crawfish. You cannot beat those prices and flavor wise, everything was pretty dang good! Cheese oysters - 4/5- I liked them but I could have done without the fish eggs on top. I usually don't mind fish eggs but don't love the pairing. Grilled scallion oysters - 5/5 - these were my fav and made just right. Add a dash of lemon juice and sriracha - CHEFS KISS!! Lemongrass & Kumquat Crawfish - 3.5/5 - I ordered two pounds just to try and it took awhile for the flavor to grow on me. At first I didn't feel it was spicy enough considering I ordered extra spicy but eventually I did taste a bit of heat. Peel of the crawfish could have been better, some were overcooked and stuck to the shell or mushy. Curly fries - 5/5 - can't really go wrong with fries unless they're just plain old mushy lol Strawberry Margarita - 5/5 - my boyfriend liked it but it was very strong. Considering it was only $4 - not a bad deal at all. All that food and the bill was under $100, that is a win in my book. Service was nice & attentive as well. I'll definitely be back to this location.

The oysters were great I liked both of them! The fries were super crispy which I loved and came with both a side of ranch and ketchup, I liked having both options. There was lots of garlic which I loved, onions, oranges, and maybe some other things but I can't remember exactly what else was in it. The flavor was great, it was kind of sweet. I did also have a strawberry margarita on the rocks which was super good! Be aware it was very strong 2 or 3 would have been my limit for sure! Staff were friendly and checked on us very frequently. I would definitely recommend giving this a try. We will be back for sure!
