Great office.... Everyone there is so kind and caring. No one loves the dentist, but this office is where you want to go. Highly recommend

I am just overwhelmed with awe, about this Dental office…read more I have not been to the dentist, I think since I was probably 15 years old. I know, bad me, lol. Fast-forward 25 years later, it was time. I am genuinely not afraid of many things, however, visiting the Dentist terrifies me... well it did terrify me, but not anymore, not after my experience at this Dental office. I'm not even sure where to begin, as this office is all around amazing! The staff is genuine. They're all nice and caring. They're communicative. They're patient and even comical. I found this Dentist office, by chance; through a google and yelp search. I found other offices to call, but something told me to make an appt here, and I'm so glad that I did. Dr. Sherpa, office is a gem. They made me feel at home and at peace. Her staff is polite, positive, and helpful. Dr. Sherpa and her staff are a combination of class, down to earth, professional and empathetic. I felt like I was at one of those family-owned Dentistry, like in one of those family movies you find on Netflix, with a golden retriever in the background. What I got done: So, my visit required me to have a filling, that I got back in college, removed and replaced with a cap. I wasn't sure what that meant, as I've never had a cap before. Dr. Sherpa conducted a short 1:1 with me, explaining to me, (words and pictures) what that would look like and what it would entail. I had some cavity there. I also had some cavity at the upper back part of my mouth/tooth. Not bad for not going to a dentist for 25 years lol. In order to get my filling removed, Dr. Sherper, had to numb my mouth. She talked to me every step of the way. She explained how it may feel, every step of the way. Here assistant was amazing and did the same. Honestly, it was not as painful as I thought it would be. Dr. Sherpa was very skilled at massaging my mouth and my gums as the numbing was happening. I'm sure she used other techniques that she developed throughout her training or career as well that helped, and I appreciate it that so much. Overall, the process was smooth. As of this review, I have seen her about three times. And will continue to do so for my routine visits, and maybe teeth whitening.

I have been a patient in this office for quite a few years. Back in 2023 the dentist there said I…read moreneeded to replace an old crown, which I had done there. I had cleaning every 6 months or a yearly, I had X-rays when they said I was due. No one said I had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. In 2026 I was there for a routine cleaning and when the dentist came in, he said I needed to replace that same crown. I asked him why? it's not that old? He said it's not fitting correctly. I called the office and asked them to send me the x-rays. I told her my problem and she suggested I have a consultation with the owner, which I did a couple days later after that cleaning. He said I have a cavity under that crown. I asked why didn't your dentist tell me that, I was just here a couple days ago. He said he will talk to him. I question if I have a cavity there, I really do! The office called me and said the the owner would discount a price of a new crown and charge $420. He did not take responsibility that the crown was not put in properly in 2023. It was nothing I did or didn't do. When I got home I spoke to my husband, who is a retired dentist, he looked at the x-rays and said if I have a cavity there it is likely due to the open margin of the crown. He said it was not seated correctly. My insurance will not pay for a crown that is 3 years old. I would not go back to that office now even he said he will replace it at no charge. One doc said nothing about a cavity, two days later another doc said I have a cavity!! I lost my trust in them. I rather pay elsewhere and have it done correctly. They lost me and my uncle as patients.

It seems I've been not accepted as a patient after as the receptionist who answered the phone said,…read more" cancelled 10 appointments". Would that be starting Jan this year? :) Never happened to be where office actually keeps account of missed appointments no denied service. It's good thing I haven't taken my elderly mother and recommend this place to other family members, friends, work and community Just waiting for my recent panoramic x-rays to be sent to me. There are plenty of new dentist facility. The plus to my short experience was dentist " had good bedside manner" and dental hygenist but prefer someone more experience. And didn't offer any monthly treatment plan and I think the only office which doesn't offer in office payment plans ( as many do with extensive dental treatment) not talking about 3rd parties like care credit. I would recommend anyone needing treatment going elsewhere again too many dentists every area in state.

My company changed dental insurance for the first time in over 25 years, causing every employee to…read morepretty much find new dentists or pay out of pocket. I loved my old Dentist and hygienist, two people I've gone to twice a year for close to twenty years. I started researching Dentists that accepted my new insurance and found Dr. Fournier's office. Then, while flossing (proof I floss), I ripped out an old filling. I called this office to set up an appointment and they told me November was for hygiene checks, about five months from now. A great sign that they are busy, but I explained I had an issue. They told me they could see me sooner for that, so we set an appointment for Monday. The staff were friendly, but after meeting Dr. Fournier, I knew I had my next dentist. Her personality was amazing, bedside manner was perfect. They had to drill and fill my tooth today, no lie, I think I was out of there in fifteen minutes... She kind of joked about how I am with Dentists, am I nervous, am I okay with needles, all sorts of questions, because we don't know each other. When I was injected, she told me to breathe out and breathe in. Did that work? When I had that tooth drilled before, I teared up. Not from pain, but because that spot was connected somehow to my left eye's tear duct... Did the breathing work? Maybe? After my appointment, they told me there were some cancellations the week of the Fourth of July, so no more November check. I'll be back this month. The only two things that make me nervous are having to make a left out of that parking lot. I could make a right and find my way home, but I feel it could not be good at rush hour. No issues today. The second thing is that I have an internal dread that Dr. Fournier is going to retire someday while I still need dental work... I don't want to find someone new. I also befriended everyone in my HR department to ensure they won't switch insurance on me again...
