I just moved into the area and it was my first time visiting Embarc. I was sad to leave my to-go cannabis retailer in San Francisco but I'm extremely glad I stumbled upon Embarc in Martinez. I was welcomed by an employee named, Jenny S. She had a bright smile and a contagious positive energy. It immediately set the tone of an amazing 1st impression and what to expect as I go through the selections at the store. Jenny was beyond helpful as I bombarded her with questions. She kept her positive energy and was quick to respond, confidently answered questions and provided respectful suggestions. Her extensive knowledge about the products in the store was truly impressive. Ultimately, I purchased all of the suggested items and I am completely satisfied. I can't wait to go back! Thank you Jenny and Embarc for the wonder experience! 5 STARS!! read more

I just moved to this side of the Bay Area from San Francisco and have been looking for a new dispensary to make my main "go-to" in times of cannabis need. I have to say HUGE thank you to Jenny who was super knowledgeable about the products in-store. She made sure I was able to find the most effect products that were the bang for my buck. Definitely hitting this spot up again and again! Thank guys! read more

Greg and Jenny(? Sorry bad at names) Were both amazing in their upbeat personalities and keeping the place vibing! Definitely a great place to go with a wide variety to show! read more

So far so good! The bud tenders are warm, knowledgeable, and efficient. The receptionist are always friendly. I like they they have a tip jar on the counter. The taxesareincluded! The parking lot is small but there is extra room on the other side near the wendy's. And not to be petty, but.... I read the review in regard to the security guard not being warm and talkative...is that really their job though? They've may not always be hella warm, but they are professional. Trying say hi first and I betcha they say hello. read more

Greg is the best!! He has helped me out twice now and his knowledge is superior. He helped me pick items that were good for me and I throughly enjoyed them. The store is beautiful, all the workers are friendly, and the products are great to boot. However, I will keep coming back time and time again just for Greg! Leo and Mary will be back soon, thanks!!!! read more

Love the staff here especially Greg!! He has such an amazing personality, always remembers you trust me

Impeccable service!! Parking was easy and they took my temperature before I walked in. Johnathan at the desk was friendly and had great customer service. Once inside Greg helped me find what I needed and was very knowledgeable and transparent about the products. Great experience! They have specials available and a good selection of products. read more

Been coming here for a few months now and have always been treated well. Went yesterday and my total was $92.01. I handed over $92.00 and that's when the associate wanted the penny or "I'll get written up". Luckily the security guard had one to spare. I won't be supporting a company that would write up an employee for something that should be a non-issue. Embarc, you got your penny, but lost a customer. To be clear, this is not about a penny ffs. It's about business. I had cash but I don't want .99 cents. I have enough change to get rid of. read more

I will be a LOYAL customer at this dispensary, thanks to Greg! He definitely made it easy to get the best deals at a very high THC level! I love all of the different types of flowers and edibles they have there also! And to make things even better: all of the staff were nice and welcoming. And there's no long lines!! I predict this dispensary will only grow bigger through word of mouth and the continuing hospitality!! Thank you all and a very big thank you to Greg!! read more

I loved going into Embarc. The people are friendly and welcoming and the place is spotless. Everyone wears masks and gloves and they really take care of you. Everyone that waits on you is knowledgeable and really tries to help you to find what you are looking for and what i really like is that they go the extra mile which is difficult to find these days! I recommend them. Go and give them a try! B. Martinez read more

My fav dispensary! They have a great variety. Jenny was the best helping me find exactly what would work for me! Will be back soon!

I love this place! Let me first say, as an Interior Designer this place is super cute inside. Hats off to whoever designed the place! From the cozy seating area upon entry to the weed displays inside- this place is definitely a cozy yet fun place to be. The Budtenders were super knowledgeable and helpful as well. They gave us our space but were also there for us if we had any questions. So happy for this addition to this little town! read more

Wow! I just stopped by for the first time and I'm impressed. Everyone is always pretty friendly when you go to a dispensary but these guys took it to the next level! Security, check-in, and shopping process we're all fantastic interactions with very friendly and helpful individuals. I'll be back! read more

We parked on the side street and jumped through puddles to realize there is a small parking lot right by the front door. Welcoming receptionist and even nicer lobby. It's a small store with open shelves so it's easy to see all the products without getting overwhelmed. You can get a magnified view and sniff the flower. Every single employee was outgoingly friendly. Perfect mural on the way out. Discounts and gift with purchase (not really BOGO) were an added bonus. I liked the simplicity. read more

best weed in the city! definitely coming back for more fire! staff is friendly and I love the customer service

The employees here are so rude, I had recently been coming here often and placing pick up orders. I decided to place my order and walk-in. I was not acknowledged by the employees after standing in the store for a few minutes even though there were 2 cashiers there, An employee comes out of one of the rooms and asks the cashier if she has assisted me yet, so she then greets me and I tell her that I came for a pick up order, she tells me that they are now being picked up in the entry Lobby, so I go out and a white guy with glasses attends me and I tell him that I'm here for my order from weed maps, when I placed the order it included a discount so the total was around $30, he tells me that my order wasn't ready and that they were out of two of the items I ordered so I end up only getting one of the items which ends up coming out to $25???? For one item when my total was $30 for 3 with the discount so I end up paying for it and leave. When I get to my car I realized that he gave me the wrong flavor of what I ordered and he never gave me my change!!! So I go back inside and tell him that I wanted to return the item and that I never received my change. So he rolls his eyes at me and tells me "so you don't want anything then?" In a rude tone and then he dramatically scoffs at me and sighs and tells me to go inside that the manger will help me. I was so frustrated because the purpose of me placing an online order is to come pick up the order and leave not have to deal with waiting to get acknowledged and having to be treated in a disrespectful manner. If you don't like your job find someone else instead of being an ungrateful jerk. I was becoming a regular as I had hopes of this establishment but will be taking my money elsewhere. read more

im from Colorado I recently just moved to Martinez California and I was looking for a good dispensary and I found Embarc good dispensary I love how they good with deals all the time and the stuff is good with the costumers Embarc is the way to go if you looking for a dispensary for sure!! read more

Jenny is awesome, super friendly and sweet! Thanks for helping me out on my birthday!

Their prices were too high for me so I never bought anything from there. I happed to have a 25% off coupon so I went and tried it out. The place was actually decent. I think they lowered there prices for a little while. After some time I noticed that when I paid I was spending up to 25 percent for tax. A $25 dollar eighth ran me 33.45 after tax. The Velvet dispensary a few miles away charges $2 less on tax, it's a little further of a drive but it's worth saving$ However, Embarc has some good deals on certain days and their store layout is nice. read more

Horrible customer service. Be care to check pricing before checkout. Items are priced incorrectly and signed incorrectly then when you notify management they will not honor it. Worst part instead of taking down their inncorrect signage they leave it up for the next customer to be mislead. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN ERRORS. I will not be returning. read more

Payed 58 for what looked in the picture to be some fire, this smells and looks like straight backyard boogie. Definitely won't be back or recommending anyone to this place. If you want to buy weed just wait for stiiizy to open, they do open at 10am that sucks but I will rather wait next time. read more

New favorite club in the east bay. Great prices, love the fact that you can shop around and you don't feel like you're wasting other customers time. And the staff is cool as hell. If you're lucky you'll get helped out by Greg who makes your shopping experience even better!! So glad this place is here now! read more

From start to finish, it was by far the best experience I've ever had a dispensary! The security guards at dispensaries are usually intimidating and rude, at least in my experience. The man at Embarc was so kind and welcoming! Then when you walk inside, you're greeted by someone to get your information in the system. I wish I would've gotten her name, but the girl at the front treated us like she was so happy to see us there, she was excited at our excitement! At this point I knew there was no way I was having a bad experience. I was not wrong! I walked inside (the place looks amazing by the way, warm environment you definitely want to be in!) and we were greeted by Rowan, and if you can ever get helped by her I suggest you do. Bright happy energy, answers to all your questions. She was so fun to converse with, she made us feel so welcome and helped us pick the perfect choices! I could just go on about her and I can't wait to see her again!! Thank you Embarc for bringing a whole new ballgame to Bay Area dispensaries! read more

Greg at Embarc Martinez was a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of the product was outstanding and he helped with my decision on what was best for my condition. This dispensary has very good service and they make you feel welcomed. The budtenders are very helpful especially Greg. That nigga is hilarious! He'll have you rollin' the whole time. I definitely recommend this place and they got some fire. So yeah go ahead and stop by and grab you some if you ever in Martinez read more

Best dispensary I've been too. I go weekly and they always got nice deals. Definitely something too check out

Once again, I came in there because of all the stuff on sale. I got some text's about it. I came in for extracts and they didn't have what I came for, so he recommended something comparable (it was $15.00 more but I said I'll take it and I picked out some sale stuff for gifts. When I went to pay it was right about what I thought it would be 98.08. I drive home and I did NOT get the shatter .and I got NO discounts. I have been going here weekly for 2months now and I have the passport club on my phone. I never get discounts why should I have the passport??? I wonder if there is a manager running the place because it seems like they just want you to spend a lot of money and you get NO deals. If you advertise specials and people come in to get them they should get them. read more
