Great service. Efficient. Professional. competent to fix both Macs and PCs. Translates computerese well. Is Senior Citizen friendly. I am retired and once ran a company where we had eight computers. I've seen a lot of computer technicians come and go. Now I have a MacBook Pro. My husband has a PC. We both use them hard. We had EmB set up the PC. It runs like a charm even allowing a person who was computer illiterate a few years ago to produce videos on his machine. I recently had unsolicited technical assistance creep into my Mac. I called EmB and the technician, Mr. Church, came the next day, tracked down my unsolicited helper and evicted him or her quickly and efficiently. EMB computing fixed our daughter's iPhone twice. One time it was hit by a water balloon and the second time it was dropped. Eric Brocious was amazing! Wonderful, prompt service at a reasonable price and the phone looked and worked like new!! We have also utilized EMB computing for assistance with our home WIFI which now works perfectly with two teenagers (and their friends) in our house who both use Chrome books provided by the IASD. Lastly, we most recently used EMB computing to purchase new printer cartridges for our home office printer which is older but still functioning like a champ. These guys have been good from the start! We have bought about at least a half a dozen systems from them and all have been set up and running great.
