I then went shopping for a new phone but what I found for under $500 were all pretty much what I already had. I looked online and decided to call Xtreme phone & computer repair on Brownsville Rd. The owner was fantastic and was able to locate a replacement screen, he did have to order it but the phone was repaired and ready to be picked up in 48 hours. I purchased a screen protector and he installed it for me as well. Assumed it was fine and left. On my way home, I noticed that I couldn't swipe the screen to open my phone. I had to hold in the power button and the volume up button to restart my phone. Once I did that then I could use my phone. But as soon as my phone went to sleep I cannot swipe it to turn it back on. So after some investigation, it turns out you cannot use a screen protector with their replacement screens. So after explaining this to them and waiting two weeks for a replacement screen, my screen got cracked. Then they tried to tell me That because my screen was cracked that void my warranty. But I couldn't put a screen protector on it because then my phone wouldn't work. This place is so unprofessional and it's a joke. Do not go there!

Once I arrived to drop off the phone to be repaired, I was greeted with excellent customer service and effective communication. When the repair was completed they notified me it was ready for pickup. When I returned to pick up the phone I was happy to see that the repairs were perfectly executed and the phone was like new. Greatly appreciate this repair shop.
