I happened to come across Instagram's most famous Hong Kong ice cream brand while in TST, and just couldn't pass up the chance to get it! They have other things besides ice cream, such as shakes and brownies. Their ice cream flavors were pretty American and a little disappointing because they were the whacky flavors like raisin, walnut, rum, etc. The only flavor that sounded good to me was the Cookies and cream so that's what I ended up getting. I had trouble deciding which cone to eat it on since all of the special comes looked delish. I was debating between the toasted marshmallow, Rice Krispies, and fruit loops but went with the latter upon the staff's recommendation. The cone tasted a lot better than I thought it would - it wasn't crazy sweet and the fruit loops held up well! However the ice cream was pretty expensive - about USD10 for one. It's something I would get once just to try but never again as I already picked the best flavors already and also it wasn't mind blowing good.
If it happens to be raining, just head up the escalators and into the champagne building (literally its name)! There's a section on the second floor with seats. read more
