This is what I specifically asked to be done. Wet wiping baseboards: Lower level and master bedroom were done second time. None of the other bedrooms (3) or baths (2) were done. Wiping down light switches and door knobs. None of these were done. Wet cleaning of light fixtures. None of these were done Wiping down cabinets and appliances. Done the second time Mopping floors. This was done but the wood & master bath look awful. If you want shelves dusted make sure you let them know that. Picking up objects and wiping down shelving is not general cleaning. All in all I thought the owner went beyond to try to make me happy. I just didn't have to time to keep going over everything that they should have known to do. I was working from home and had to take 3 hours vacation from going over everything several times. In closing, make sure you are very detailed about what you want. Make sure everyone is on the same page and make sure everything is done before you let them leave.
