Alyson is a class act. The first time I received a spray tan from Alyson I thought to myself, "So…read morethis is how it's supposed to be done!" It was clear that every other spray tan I had received in my life was at best halfway to perfection, and Allison set the bar. From that point on I have been going to her for all of my waxing, skin care product, facials, and of course spray tans. I am 31 and had some pretty embarrassing adult acne. Regardless, I was determined to go make up free with or without the confidence. First came great skin care, and the confidence followed. After my last facial, I sent Alyson a thank you message with a picture of my glowing make-up free and acne free face. She is personable but also very professional, detail oriented, and gives the cleanest and fastest wax down below you'll find anywhere. I'm beyond happy with my relationship at Honest Studio because I love when I find a professional who cares about their craft and delivering a product they are proud of. Alyson is not lazy!

I have been calling corporate Tan Republic, and haven't received a call back. Twice I went in to tan and the doors were locked during business hours. When I called another store across town. They said , the desk person didn't show up to work. Overall, I just really disappointed the lack of customer service. I won't be going back, nor will my friends. Be careful , check your credit card statement for extra charges. I wish I could give a zero star rating. Kim S

I called…read moreand signed up over the phone the person on the other end of the phone had no idea what or how to sign a person up! It took almost an hour to do that. The online price didn't match the price they charged me as well. This was for my wife as a surprise at Christmas. I made sure they new that, well first time she goes in they have no record of that. She had to call me and have me speak to the front desk. Then she was like opps I see it. The we were going of of the area for a few weeks . I had asked over the phone if I could put the account on hold for a month while gone. I was assured oh that will be fine. So I told my wife to let them know when she went in. They told her oh no you have to email that request to us. Never telling anyone it had to be a month in advance not just a week. Total BS. They also never responded to the email. So I had to call the shop again. I said I see you charged me for the time I asked to be put on hold I get it that happens. I run a business that has monthly billing as well. So I asked her to refund that month she said no can't do that. I asked why she said you didn't do it in time so you get charged. I then asked why didn't someone say that at any point. She said well its in your contract I told her I signed up on the phone and was never given a contract. I said you can look that up. So refund my monthly payment. she again said I won't do that because your email was not soon enough. It was over a week before the billing was due. So then the girl said she was the manager and that she had to go the paying client were more important and had to go. I know the owner and she owns the 1440 as well and if this is the business they do cancel now everyone!! Worst business I have every had the misfortune to use in Bend!! Bill

A visit to Bonee and her beauty oasis will leave you feeling like you took a happy pill…read more Bonee offers a variety of services and I have tried most, each was professional and well grounded in artistic. I dipped my toe in the water with a brow waxing and tint, which I have had botched at previous salons, perfect job. Progressed to facials and lash lifts and now two years later have completely immersed with this magic contraption that takes years off. Bonee stays ahead of the game in treatments available to help us weathered beauties defy Bend's High Desert 'I'm going to suck the life out of you' climate. She is a living breathing testament to her products and treatments with flawless skin at age not 20. The shop itself is lovely and serene, the prices extremely fair and I'm not kidding about the happy pill part. I want to update this review with something I just learned after years of using Yelp. They randomly block reviews using a computer algorithm. If you want to see the rest of Sylk's praises sung you need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page (I mean allll the way) and in teeny tiny letters there is "Yelp does not recommend " click on that and there they are. I myself am not looking for Yelp to recommend, I am looking for people who have been to see Bonee. Shame on you Yelp.
