When I tried to open one, the bottle was already broken. As my attached photos show, I ended up with a deep, bloody cut from shattered glass -- and the metal cap sliced my finger open as well. I immediately contacted the company, took legal advice, and gave them a chance to make it right. They ignored my calls and emails like the disgraceful company they clearly show. Eventually, they offered me a pathetic $150 gift card, which I accepted just to see what they would do next. Predictably, they sent me the same dangerous products -- more defective glass bottles and metal caps, knowing full well they had already caused injuries. Even worse, they have plastic options for other products -- meaning they know glass is unsafe but continue to risk people's health anyway. Their customer service is non-existent, their attitude is disgusting, and their "solution" shows they don't care about anything except squeezing money from customers. These bottles are not only dangerous but ridiculously hard to open. Imagine an elderly person struggling and getting hurt -- because this company refuses to do the right thing. I will be posting my experience everywhere until as many people as possible are warned. This company has zero integrity and zero respect for its customers. If you value your health and safety, stay far, far away.

I usually always go for this flavor of milk tea because Oolong is one of my favorite flavors of tea to drink. Inside has a lot of seating options and the decor is modern. They also have free wifi (pw: 80808080). The staff are very friendly and helpful when deciding which drink to get. We got the mango black tea with milk foam and mango smoothie with pineapple jelly. The mango black tea was so good! It is now one of my favourites. You can taste the mango pulp in the drink, and the milk foam is a nice touch. The mango smoothie was average, nothing outstanding. However, the pineapple jelly was different and went well with the smoothie. A bonus is that their prices are not as expensive as the big chains here like Coco, Chatime, etc. Great place for good and reasonably priced bubble tea. Would recommend you give it a try!

I did a search and found Lucky Tea and CoCo nearby. We decided to try Lucky Tea. I used Google Maps to get us here. It was bad. It told me to park behind Btrust Supermarket. Sure, we had stuffed ourselves at the all-you-can-eat hot pot and needed exercise. I wasn't expecting this much of it! We walked around the supermarket until we found an entrance. We then cut through what felt like the largest Asian supermarket until we got to the other entrance. We then saw Red Lotus Restaurant with a sign for Lucky Tea. Lucky Tea is located on the right when you enter Red Lotus Restaurant. No one was there, so someone at the restaurant had to fetch a female staffer to help us out. The digital menu looked good. However, when we looked at the physical menus, half the items were unavailable. My friend got the lemon yakult. I went with the supreme grape. Both are fixed as far as size, ice, and sugar levels go. I paid for both our drinks, as I owed my friend money from the hot pot. The woman had to fetch the payment machine so I could pay with a credit card. Once the machine was in front of me, I tapped and all was good. We watched this woman make our drinks. She was skilled and efficient making them. She gave us straws. We thanked her and left. My friend enjoyed his lemon yakult. He finished it as I drove us back to work. He liked how the yogurt complimented the tart lemon. I got the grape supreme. It's yogurt with grapes and ice blended together. I enjoyed it immensely. It's not my typical drink, but I'm glad that I went with it. I didn't realize hours later that I'd end up with a stomach ulcer. The yogurt in this drink likely disguised some of the pain and symptoms that I had. It was interesting seeing the World Tea House seal on our drinks. They are likely related. Now that I know where this tea place is, I'd go back and sample whatever is left on the menu. At Lucky Tea to get something refreshing!…read more They removed a lot of their drinks from their menu so there's not as many selections as they used to have. I ordered the Tofu Milk Bobo, Lucky Ovaltine and Red Oolong Milk Tea. The Tofu Milk Bobo was silky smooth and creamy. It's very authentic to what I expected it to be. The Lucky Ovaltine is a nice drink to have to beat the heat. I like how they lined the cup and topped the drink up with even more Ovaltine. The Red Oolong Milk Tea was a bit weak in my opinion. Overall, it's a nice place to grab something quick to drink.

Discovered this new shop and love it!…read more My favorites are the OG milk tea ( strong flavours and has a little bit of coffee ish after taste tooo) and the lavender milk tea (love it, so floral and creamy). Can't really find any other bubble tea shop that offers lavender. They have so ma another uniques flavours I have yet to try. Definitely recommend for anyone to try new flavours. The boba was also top notch compares to other places. The boba's white color was unique and special. It was called Crystal Boba. We also got the Fresh Mango Cheese. It was creamy and smooth. You can taste the cheese on top of the drink. The location is conveniently located between Christie Station and Bathurst Station. It doesn't matter if you come from the West or East side, you will find this place easily. They have other items on the menu that I will definitely check out.
