The staff at Office Team was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I interviewed with three different recruiters and each of them took the time to really get to know me and find out what sort of job would suit me best. I went in for an interview and walked out with a job! It is exactly the kind of position I was looking for both professionally and financially. It also fits my time constraints perfectly. I would definitely recommend using their services if you are looking for employment! Thanks so much OfficeTeam!

Accountemps use to be good years ago, but now they have gone the same way as most businesses... if you don't have a degree you're pretty much out of luck, which is pretty bad since they are in the business of finding you a job. Even though my experience far exceeds a degree, I do not have that document in my grasp yet. When they assumed I had a degree my phone was ringing off the hook several days in a row, but once they found out I don't have a degree, but it's a work in progress, my phone hasn't rang since! That's very bad business service in my opinion. I will continue to keep looking on my own and IF they call me I will consider what they have to offer, but as of right now they are offering nothing because of a piece of paper that I am only half way through obtaining. C'est la vie!

I give Natalie, Melissa, and the front desk staff 5 stars!…read more After relocating to Colorado this summer for the the wrong job, I found myself unemployed and 1/2 way across the country from my networking support system. So I did the usual round of Indeed.com, Monster.com, CareerBuilder.com, etc... Natalie responded to my resume one day after I sent it to her. This may not sound like a big deal, but after months of feeling as though I've been sending my resumes to email addresses connected to black holes, her call was really nice. She asked me to come in the next day for an interview. The office in the DTC has free parking and is beautifully decorated. When you walk into a new place and your asking someone you don't know to help you find your dream job, it's really comforting when the front desk staff smiles, offers you a drink, and complements your shoes. Natalie met me in the waiting area and showed me to a cozy, professional meeting room. Natalie possesses the innate ability to put anyone at ease. During our interview I felt more like I was meeting with an old friend rather than trying to sell myself to an uninterested corporate employee. Within an hour of leaving the office Natalie sent me an email thanking me for meeting with her and the status of my application. A few days later I met with Melissa who thoroughly prepped me for the high quality job interview Lakeshore was sending me out to the next business day. The hour I spent with Melissa was probably one of the most important hours I've ever spent in my career. She taught me interview tips that took my interview skills from good to amazing. Melissa followed up with me after the interview to let me know the results. My entire experience with Lakeshore was very positive, friendly, and extremely professional. If you are looking for a recruiter who really cares and goes the extra mile, you won't go wrong with Lakeshore Staffing.

If you talk the talk, you should be able to walk the walk. With that being said, I've enjoyed working for The Premier Group for almost 7 years now. We've seen them come and we've seen them go, but I know a few people who have been working here with me almost as long. These people are professionals who enjoy an ever-changing atmosphere of work possibilities and connections. The Premier Group can be looked at as a temp agency if your goal is to get connected to a big contractor. However, I have personally found that the freedom I enjoy with Premier might not be available with other contractors. Furthermore, it means a lot to work for people who care about their employees. I have personally experienced this from The Premier Group several different times in my years working for them. They listen to their employees and are forever making changes to adapt to the ever-changing world and economy. So, if you're looking for a great job with good benefits, make sure you tell them that Allen Fontenot sent you !!

Specifically, she taught me a very helpful framework that would give me clarity into what I wanted next, but also into what I actually needed. Alana thus helped me set clear boundaries and discover what my next step looked like. Once this was clear, one of the most difficult parts of my work was done. Alana is able to play a very personal role in helping you achieve your career goal. She takes her time to listen and understand your inner needs very well before she comes up with a plan. She truly believes that we all have a potential which we can achieve, if we take the right steps to get there. Once Alana understands your inner needs, she is able to easily unlock any personal or professional limitations and help you fulfill your potential by focusing on the specific areas that need action. I would highly recommend Alana to anyone who needs guidance with their career, seeks help regarding the job market, has uncertainties about the psychological part behind getting your dream job, is interested in recruiting -- her knowledge & experience around the area is incredible; or simply getting to know a gifted soul! :)

She genuinely…read morecares about you as a person, and that remains priority #1 while she lends her extensive experience in Bay Area (and beyond!) recruiting to your personal situation. Alana will take the time to understand you as a person and provide counseling beyond what could be expected of a typical 'HR-type' looking to fill their next open position. With her inside experience she is able to guide your resume, conversation skills, and expectations to highlight your skills and strengths, and help you expose potential employers to the 'you' they really want to meet. This can be difficult for those with 'engineering minds' like myself who tend to be more objective, and Alana definitely helped me step out of that box. Most recently, I worked with Alana to update and improve my resume. After a single session we had completely re-worked one section of my resume to better reflect 'my voice' and clearly state my accomplishments in a way that highlighted my abilities as well as reflecting my personality. The difference from the initial draft I sent her to the final draft I used for interviews is subtle but dramatic, and I am positive it played a role in the callbacks I received. To hand over a resume that truly represents you makes everything that follows more natural, and that is a HUGE deal when making career moves! Beyond the resume, Alana was there to talk out any concerns, nerves, and provide encouragement throughout multiple levels of interviews and offer negotiations, something that can be overwhelming for someone at any level of professional experience. She has helped me aim higher than I would have on my own and provided the insider confidence I needed to push for the best possible outcomes. Could not recommend anyone higher; do yourself and your future a favor and let Alana guide you through your next professional moves.
