Even the fries and buffalo chips were super tasty. They apparently also do a ranch sauce and a spicy ketchup that they make themselves, they were totally out (we were there 30 minutes before closing) so we will have to return to give them a try. Super fresh, unique twist burgers for the burger lover is definitely our jam and we will be back to try some of the other menu items.

We have been longing for these warming, Indian flavors and are so ecstatic we found this truck. Prices were extremely fair considering its Sedona and the portion sizes were also great. It's not super greasy and it has just the right amount of flavor. You can tell it's made fresh. There was just the right amount of all the ingredients in the breakfast burrito making them all compliment each other. The brisket is another wonderful choice. It's smoked for 13 hours with Alberts special technique. The flavor in the brisket stands out just enough to enjoy the whole burrito without overpowering any of the other ingredients. It could even be a a stand alone item to enjoy. The fact that you can order tacos or burritos with ingredients from chorizo to brisket and a flavorful pork gives them an edge. It's not your average taco truck. This is a must try. If you're from here or just passing through, make it a point to find this truck. The shredded beef didn't have much flavor but did have quite a few globs of fat. The quesadilla was huge but the steak inside was gristly. One friend had ordered soda water to drink and they charged her $5 for it! Wild. Its generally free but if you feel the need to charge for it, fine, but $5?? The bathroom was clean.
