In the future, if someone is asking that question, what I would have preferred is for them to simply say: "to speak with a loan officer, an appointment is needed. Can I make you an appointment?" I would have made my appointment and came back at the time set. Hope my future interactions with logix reps will be different as this is the location that I would like to go into if ever needed. The three stars is solely for the kind manager that answered my questions and was willing to help following my first interaction.
