When I did not hear from the driver, I texted the support number provided. I received no reply. The morning of the show, I also tried contacting the company through WhatsApp and email. There was no response on WhatsApp, and the email bounced back as undeliverable. I finally received a response to my original text about an hour later, with a promise that the driver would contact me. About 90 minutes after that, the driver finally reached out and confirmed the pick-up. The driver arrived only a few minutes late, but the SUV did not include the cooler and chairs that were part of the booking. He also told us he planned to drop us off, leave, and return after the concert. That was not what was described in the booking. The arrangement was for the driver to wait in the parking lot so there would be no issue with the return pick-up. I explained this to the driver and also texted the company to express my disappointment. Ultimately, the driver agreed to wait. After the concert, the driver was not at the location where he had told us he would meet us, which created unnecessary confusion during the return process. He eventually told me he was back in the same parking spot where we had left him. That issue was relatively minor compared with the earlier problems, but it added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, the lack of communication, the unreachable support channels, the missing amenities, and the confusion about what was included in the booking made this a disappointing and stressful experience.

Not only was the price competitive (group of 12) - the entire operation had thoughtful touches such as ice/water, trash bags, and more. I'd highly recommend booking Grant for any future transportation needs we definitely will be doing so on our next trip.

I've always been nervous that would happen to us again. But, with Grant Professional Car and Limo, they sent a large black full sized SUV that easily fit all our luggage plus nobody had to sit with a suitcase on their lap. The driver also called the night before to confirm pickup time, which was reassuring. I also found their cost to be significantly more reasonable than any of the other companies I looked at. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. wonderful experience! And it's a family owned business which I like supporting. Awesome experience!
