Had to get my son to add additional drop bolt bc of the uneven mess this terrible company made of…read moremy double gate ( they were supposed to rebuild ) my dogs got out bc it come open w the drop bolt in the ground and the fence " locked " it was so uneven by now it just opened itself during the night ! When my son tried to straighten this gate out w enough to add a slide lock at the top and additional drop rod on the other gate ( this is the double gate this company left a 3" gap in ) after he fixed it to so my stay CLOSED - one of the boards ( sloppily done s a nail gun ) came loose on ons side abs it's flipped upward ! I think it's comical that Home Depot actually sent this company to me for an estimate 3 years ago ! I hope to god they're still not recommend them the guy that comes out to price IS NOT THE GUY THAT DOES THE WORK they send a foreman w a team of Mexican laborers. . The owner or whoever gave me the outrageous price never even co reacted me or looked at this fence . Not only that the guys messed up at the corner and one side was 6" taller than the other ( I have a corner lot) when I said it wasn't gonna work it had to be the same height ( DUH) I had to figure out how to gradually meet the side fence bc they had already moved the posts ( from my old ones ) so had to remove top boards and make those 4" pieces at top that are breaking ! If you look at my reviews you'll see I rarely write a bad review . This company was SO bad I should have honestly sued them . Please get an other company or stay out there with them and refuse to pay until it's over . I still have the " Olympic Fence " sigh in full view so my Crestline neighbors can see what a 7500 fence looks like from them . ( the top boards they cut down are broken in two places now too) looks so shabby . I had this entire fence done at what I expected to be a top of the lime farmhouse fence in 2020 . Instead in 2 years I was already pricing getting a new fence to replace this half assed attempt !it's sad to think I let them leave this like this . I thought bc Home Depot referred them they did good work . Not true . I suspect they saw me coming bc I'm over 50 and live alone . I have talked to some neighbors this year that got a 8' fence ( mine was SUPPOSED to be 6' ) and paid half what I did w a phenomenal job! If you're a female living alone be sure and get 2 other estimates before hiring . I let myself be bullied and lied to ( when the for men guy came by to tell me " yeah that will be rebuilt " then nothing ) I learned lots from this - my Dad used to say if someone is happy they will tell 2-3 ppl but if they're unhappy they'll tell 30 or more ! It costs a company in the end to do shoddy work when we can use Yelp to warn others . If they'd come back and fixed my fence , I'd have written a great review - but leaving that sign on this fence says it all .
