Had to get my son to add additional drop bolt bc of the uneven mess this terrible company made of…read moremy double gate ( they were supposed to rebuild ) my dogs got out bc it come open w the drop bolt in the ground and the fence " locked " it was so uneven by now it just opened itself during the night ! When my son tried to straighten this gate out w enough to add a slide lock at the top and additional drop rod on the other gate ( this is the double gate this company left a 3" gap in ) after he fixed it to so my stay CLOSED - one of the boards ( sloppily done s a nail gun ) came loose on ons side abs it's flipped upward ! I think it's comical that Home Depot actually sent this company to me for an estimate 3 years ago ! I hope to god they're still not recommend them the guy that comes out to price IS NOT THE GUY THAT DOES THE WORK they send a foreman w a team of Mexican laborers. . The owner or whoever gave me the outrageous price never even co reacted me or looked at this fence . Not only that the guys messed up at the corner and one side was 6" taller than the other ( I have a corner lot) when I said it wasn't gonna work it had to be the same height ( DUH) I had to figure out how to gradually meet the side fence bc they had already moved the posts ( from my old ones ) so had to remove top boards and make those 4" pieces at top that are breaking ! If you look at my reviews you'll see I rarely write a bad review . This company was SO bad I should have honestly sued them . Please get an other company or stay out there with them and refuse to pay until it's over . I still have the " Olympic Fence " sigh in full view so my Crestline neighbors can see what a 7500 fence looks like from them . ( the top boards they cut down are broken in two places now too) looks so shabby . I had this entire fence done at what I expected to be a top of the lime farmhouse fence in 2020 . Instead in 2 years I was already pricing getting a new fence to replace this half assed attempt !it's sad to think I let them leave this like this . I thought bc Home Depot referred them they did good work . Not true . I suspect they saw me coming bc I'm over 50 and live alone . I have talked to some neighbors this year that got a 8' fence ( mine was SUPPOSED to be 6' ) and paid half what I did w a phenomenal job! If you're a female living alone be sure and get 2 other estimates before hiring . I let myself be bullied and lied to ( when the for men guy came by to tell me " yeah that will be rebuilt " then nothing ) I learned lots from this - my Dad used to say if someone is happy they will tell 2-3 ppl but if they're unhappy they'll tell 30 or more ! It costs a company in the end to do shoddy work when we can use Yelp to warn others . If they'd come back and fixed my fence , I'd have written a great review - but leaving that sign on this fence says it all .

I signed up for quotes on Angie's list for fencing in my back yard. All About Stain and more was…read morerecommended. I also had 2 other companies given to me. I timed them to back to back to back. Giving each time to talk to me about my project. The #1 appointment for a quote at noon got here at 12:50 pm, late. I was already on a Virtual Appointment at 12:45 pm with quote #2. He was on time with his call. But when the #1 guy got here at 12:50. I thought he was early for the 1:00 #3 appointment. I had the guy that showed up at 12:50 sit on the deck. Then at 1:06 pm my front door rang and it was actually my #3 appointment but I thought it was the #1 appointment just an hour late. So I sent the 1:06 pm guy away and told him to reschedule because he was supposed to have been here at 12:00 noon. My 15 minute quote at 12:45 lasted 30 minutes and that put me behind on my #3 appointment at 1:00. What I didn't realize at the time was that the guy who showed up at 12:50 was supposed to have been here at 12:00 noon. I mistook the #1 guy for the #3 guy and I took it out on the #3 guy. Still with me??? Corey the owner of All About Stain and More text me later and in his comments to me he said a lot of things but threw in there that, "God has great plans for people like you. But thank you for your address." I am quoting his written statement. I replied back to him saying, "Well this is my mistake. The guy sitting on my deck I thought was you. He got here at 12:45. HE was supposed to have been here at Noon! I had a phone call I had to take at 12:45. I was on the phone with him when you arrived apparently. I was upset with the 12:00 noon guy for being late and I thought that was you at my front door." "My apologies." "But your smart ass comment of "God has great plans for people like you. But thank you for your address" will be blasted all of Social Media now." "I made a mistake. You were an asshole and you put your comments in writing. So I have verifiable proof you said it." I then told him I would not be doing business with him or his company. I didn't know he was the owner at the time of this texting conversation. He later text me saying, "I'll pray for you. God bless you." Well, of course he's saying this now. I just told him I'm putting this on Social Media. It might have negative ramifications with his business. At this point, I don't care. It really upsets me that people use the Lord God to evoke wrath on people then quickly pivot and bless them. Just like our President is doing. Using the Bible and church against our nation with half the country keeping their noses up his backside believing everything he says. I made a mistake and this "Owner" jumped me for it. This is not the kind of business that I will be working with, ever. Especially since he threw God's wrath at me. Casey never told me he was the owner. He just said his name was Casey. The man who showed up at my house was in his late 60's possibly 70's. The picture of Case Gunn on Facebook shows a young man, maybe in his 30's. Besides all of that, I was trying to keep a schedule because I had other things to do as well. I hate that the #1 guy was so late that he messed him and #3 up so badly. But the text from Casey was totally un called for and I won't do business with anyone that treats their customers like that.

Told Tony about it, he said they are coming to fix it. Never came. never heard anything back. I need A refund as I bought the flooring myself & just paid him for the labor. i hope no one else gets screwed over by him. Or his "guys"
