Cesar sent a quote, after we agreed on a price, he and his crew came to paint. They dumped some…read morechemical, probably paint thinner in my yard, killing a large area of grass. One of the workers broke a decorative yard light (89.00 value), and I had to ask them to give a second coat of paint. Cesar stated they would finish up in about an hour or so, I was leaving for an app. Our of good faith, I paid him for the work that was on the contract. When I came home, he had not finished one side of the house. I called, sent text messages, no response. After 2 weeks he finally responded said he would come Saturday, he never came, didn't answer calls or text. This guy is a scammer, not to be trusted. No stars from me!! Except you have to leave 1 in order to post review. I have reported this business to the better business bureau. I hope they shut him down so he can't do this to anyone else!!
