Indoor football, basketball and golf venues. These even a bar/restaurant. The drawbacks are the food at the Sanford Pentagon is limited. But my biggest complaint is the seating. Why when you are building a new venue do you not make room for people to be comfortable in their seats? There is just not enough room for legs and feet in each row. Its almost impossible to walk down a row to your seat without stepping on others or almost falling. Once I got to my seat, as I sat down, I found my feet were jammed against the chair in front of me. Thank goodness their was a small kid next to me so I could steal a bit of his space! This is an Absolute Fail in building design. I am not from Sioux Falls, but I would not go back because it is not worth the uncomfortable seating. Too bad, because otherwise this place is pretty impressive.

Been in so many arenas throughout my career, and this is a keeper. Intimate seating experience, every ticket is a good one. Loved the positive attitude of the game day staff! Superlative displays of South Dakota basketball history in the lobby, loved it. Roomy concourse, good food options, enjoyed being able to play Corn Hole! Comfy seating. Good sound system, great court with superb sightlines. Enjoyed my first visit!

Emily (Shift Lead) VERY VERY RUDE!!! My family paid for and booked a birthday party for my nephew…read moretoday on 10-05-2025. The three pizza's they brought up to the party room were black and burnt. I am not sure if they are allowed to re-make pizza's but if you're paying over $300 for a birthday party I don't think burnt pizza's should come with it. They filled up 3 pitchers of soda and never brought us refills. It wasn't until we went downstairs and asked. As soon as the girl brought us refills they told us we only had 5 more minutes before we had to get out of the party room because our 40 minutes were up. Earlier, several of my family members witnessed the girl bringing up the cart of presents (nobody helping) things kept falling off the cart and a birthday card from one of the bags fell off twice. This birthday card went missing and there was a $25 gift card inside it. The shift lead Emily came upstairs and asked the girl setting up the room for the next group where the card went and the girl didn't know so Emily told us "there was nothing she could do for us." Quote on quote. She was very rude. She saw how upset this entire situation made us and she began to smirk and when we asked her why she was smirking she got smart with my mother and rolled her eyes at us. When I asked her who the manager/owner was she wouldn't tell us. I asked her what shift lead didnt know the name of her own boss and then she said his name was Rey but wouldn't give us a last name. I noticed her name was Emily and she looked at me and said "yeah, you can write me up" in a snarky tone and then walked downstairs and never returned. I'm not sure why they have someone like that running this establishment but our experience was HORRIBLE and this Emily (shift lead) made it WORSE!!! She should NOT BE A SHIFT LEAD & she should NOT be working at Sky Zone. Period. She needs re-training and an attitude adjustment . I can't believe my family paid over $300 for this type of experience and I also want to add that the girl re setting the room for the next group did NOT wipe down any of the tables. We watched. I never leave reviews let alone bad ones but we left Sky Zone today very upset and I will never support a business that laughs in paying customer's faces and treats people this way. I will be telling everyone about what happened.

There's plenty of food vendors and they don't all serve the same thing so walk around before making decisions if you plan on eating. I can't speak for all the stands but the food I had wasn't very good. During the concert the sound system did it's job flawlessly and the projection screens showed a crystal clear view of the stage for those who had trouble seeing or for those who wanted to take a picture but couldn't get good quality shots of the stage like myself. I think the organization for getting into the venue could have been a little better but it was still fairly quick with no trampling incidents that I'm aware of. I would come to this venue again for a concert.

Outstanding place to witness America's pastime…read more This ballpark is tiny. I've seen better grass, but still. We were here on a Saturday night and the stadium was only about 60 percent full. Not sure why. Tickets are cheap and the baseball is fantastic -- young men trying one more time to make it to the MILB or the bit's. Remember: Max Scherzer played in this league. These guys are legit! Wonderful experience at a quaint ballpark.
