Emily (Shift Lead) VERY VERY RUDE!!! My family paid for and booked a birthday party for my nephew today on 10-05-2025. The three pizza's they brought up to the party room were black and burnt. I am not sure if they are allowed to re-make pizza's but if you're paying over $300 for a birthday party I don't think burnt pizza's should come with it. They filled up 3 pitchers of soda and never brought us refills. It wasn't until we went downstairs and asked. As soon as the girl brought us refills they told us we only had 5 more minutes before we had to get out of the party room because our 40 minutes were up. Earlier, several of my family members witnessed the girl bringing up the cart of presents (nobody helping) things kept falling off the cart and a birthday card from one of the bags fell off twice. This birthday card went missing and there was a $25 gift card inside it. The shift lead Emily came upstairs and asked the girl setting up the room for the next group where the card went and the girl didn't know so Emily told us "there was nothing she could do for us." Quote on quote. She was very rude. She saw how upset this entire situation made us and she began to smirk and when we asked her why she was smirking she got smart with my mother and rolled her eyes at us. When I asked her who the manager/owner was she wouldn't tell us. I asked her what shift lead didnt know the name of her own boss and then she said his name was Rey but wouldn't give us a last name. I noticed her name was Emily and she looked at me and said "yeah, you can write me up" in a snarky tone and then walked downstairs and never returned. I'm not sure why they have someone like that running this establishment but our experience was HORRIBLE and this Emily (shift lead) made it WORSE!!! She should NOT BE A SHIFT LEAD & she should NOT be working at Sky Zone. Period. She needs re-training and an attitude adjustment . I can't believe my family paid over $300 for this type of experience and I also want to add that the girl re setting the room for the next group did NOT wipe down any of the tables. We watched. I never leave reviews let alone bad ones but we left Sky Zone today very upset and I will never support a business that laughs in paying customer's faces and treats people this way. I would leave 0 stars if I could. 15 year old son signed up for a 1 month membership. They took advantage of him and without him knowing and without his permission they signed him up for one that automatically charged his card for a monthly membership. I was many months before it was noticed and they said there was nothing they could do. They took advantage of a teenager. Don't get one of there memberships. They will sign you up for more then you want. read more

none of the staff are on the same page. we were told it was okay to bring cake for my nephews birthday party over the phone, then when we got there they caused a scene and told us "no outside food, it's against policy". it's also wayyy overpriced and the renovation seems cheaper and less fun then what it used to be. read more

I love this place I go here every day,the employees are nice. Snacks are pretty cheap and they aren't that busy on less it is a Saturday and sometimes on Sunday. read more

It was terrible being there, we went in to pay and they said that they were closed because it was middle school night but they were letting in other older people. They didn't have a sign on the door or anything to let us know they were closed read more

Tried to jump twice while we were in town. We are from rapid city and were visiting a friend. The first attempt to jump we were 10 minutes late for the tickets at 10pm and they told us there system would not accept anymore payments for the rest of the night even though they were open until midnight. We decided to come back in the morning and I needed to sign a waiver for my 15 year old sister. There system is down so we had to go online and fill out a waiver. It was just too much trouble to try and jump for an hour. read more

Such a fun place and activity. I was worried when we first got started that the fun would be ruined by the supervisors (young boys) whose job it was to make sure everyone was safe. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that the staff kept everyone safe AND help make it a fun experience for everyone. There was one young boy, in particular, who was so nice and attentive, smiling and looking like he sincerely enjoyed his job. He made it a very positive experience for our group. This place was fun, but it was not worth the effort it took to get in. Filling out their waver was a complicated process that could have been greatly simplified by the company. The extensive registration process and required purchase of "sky zone socks" is something not encountered at other trampoline parks. The staff is not to blame for following the policies set by their employers, but we won't be returning. read more
