The first time we attended an escape room it was great. But this time it wasn't great. Staff is pretty rude. And TBH if you have escape rooms for all ages you should be prepared for kids to celebrate their wins especially when they are figuring out harder puzzles or even the easy ones! The game master was constantly telling the kids to be quiet and they weren't even that loud. Very disappointing. Build escape rooms that can handle noise it's that simple. read more

Horrible experience! Not from this area and thought rooms were at same location. Got bad directions and was lost so we were late. Instead of trying to be understanding, the owner was really rude about it and charged us another $35, despite the fact that there was no one else there and there were other rooms available still. We planned on doing another room directly after but they lost our business and we will advise all our Minnesota people to avoid this place! There are other places to do the same thing and we will do just that! read more

DO NOT waster your money here...This Place doesn't deserve the business they get! They are disrespectful and just take your money, they neglect to do their jobs well and we get disrespect and yelled at for calling to ask questions, they can't even give an apology that is decent. Our experience there was horrible. The room didn't get reset completely and so the puzzle wasn't solvable, and we used all the hints, we called back the following day to see if there was anything they could do for reimbursement or even a decent apology. What we got was anything but kind, a "well sorry that sucks "I called and just asked what would happen and at first I thought that they were going to be understanding until they hung up on me, mid sentence. I proceeded to call back and was then sent to voicemail twice before they answered the phone and yelled " stop calling this business, we will not be abused by you calling ." This isn't okay, I called simply to ask for either some kind of reimbursement or at least an apology. As much as I love escape rooms and the joy they bring, I cannot recommend this place to any one ever. If they had dealt with the situation better then maybe they could've been redeemed, but the blatant disrespect that I received was unforgivable and very unprofessional. read more

My husband, our 20 yr old son and I had a great experience on our first attempt at an escape room! We did the Pirate Shipwreck, and did not escape, but it was a fun new experience that we will definitely try again. I chose Escapades after reading many great reviews and comparisons with the other escape rooms in the area! We were not disappointed! Anyone who has not tried an escape room and enjoys using their brain...do it! Anyone who has...I highly recommend trying Escapades! I found no reviews on Yelp, so had to look elsewhere for info on this place. So I thought I'd get the Yelp( Yelp is my go to app for travel planning) reviews started. Great props, challenging and unique clues, great and friendly staff make it fun, and surprise you with some clues! Great job, Escapades! Thank you! They create and make all their own props whereas other companies use generic kits. Now I am afraid if I try other companies, I will be disappointed! You set the bar high, Escapades! read more
